The staff were lovely and very helpful. However? I believe it is overpriced. You are only on the catamaran for a couple of hours. We’ve been on similar priced excursions where there is room to move about. The vessel is small, and very tricky to move about.

Die Hinfahrt war ok , aber nur abgestellt . Lange warten bis es weiter ging Dann grenzwertig bei dem Wellengang ohne Weste Die Jungs auf dem Schiff sehr bemüht. Der Rückweg Chaos bis wir wussten welches Auto Der Preis unverschämt von TUI Wenn ich Tulum vergleiche mit deutscher Reiseleitung Karina , wo der Preis was gleich war , liegen dazwischen Welten Die anderen Gäste haben auch viel weniger bezahlt. Diese Tour so wie wir sie hatten mit ca 108€ war Wucher Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Wir haben zu viert den Ausflug gebucht. In der Nebensaison. Daher waren auf dem Segel-Katamaran nur etwa 20 Passagiere. Alle haben sich gut benommen. Nach dem Lesen der Rezessionen hatte ich meine Befürchtungen Wir hatten alle viel Platz, viel Spaß und haben die Tour sehr genossen. Der Service war spitze. Der Snack war viel besser, als wir erwartet hatten. Wir kamen gut gelaunt wieder ins Hotel zurück.

Great guys, only thing is they demanded $10 each from us upon arrival. The description of the trip said taxes included so no idea why? As they took this I didn’t bother tipping them. Why did they take this?

Nette Besatzung,tolles Schiff,.nicht gefallen hat vorher die lange Wartezeit. Leider wird nirgends Deutsch gesprochen finden wir sehr schlecht .Waren vor 5 Jahren hier.Da fand mal überall jemand der Deutsch sprach. Das kann man so leider nicht für deutsche empfehlen

This was sold as a sunset cruise not an excuse for guests to just drink. We barely left the harbour then just sat in the ocean for less than 2 hours. If on the wrong side of the boat it was impossible to see the sunset. Food was mediocre, not good value for money

Really lovely experience - nice boat and super friendly crew! Would recommend a couple of small changes could be to ask dietary requirements prior to booking (we don’t eat pork and we’re not told the meats provided in the snack so couldn’t eat them) and also advise where would be likely to get wet prior to people being seated. We did get slightly wet but was still a great experience and the drinks were flowing!

De chauffeur was keurig op tijd,helaas gold dat niet bij een aantal andere gasten.We vertrokken pas met de boot,15 minuten voor zonsondergang.Ik en mijn partner kregen eerder het gevoel dat we op een zakentripje zaten met een aantal mensen die zichzelf nogal belangrijk vonden.De zonsondergang helaas met een landschap achtergrond moeten aanschouwen ipv een zee achtergrond.De gehele vaartocht heeft slechts 1 uur en 20 minuten geduurd.Voor zoveel geld zou ik niemand deze trip adviseren.

Great trip . Everything went perfectly. Boat crew and guide crew excellent. The meet and greet was well organised.They explained everything to us before we set sail. They were enthusiastic and engaging throughout the journey. The food was very good and the drinks were great. Overall I cannot recommend this trip highly enough. Our party of four had a great time. .

I booked this thinking it would be a lovely, chilled sunset boat ride for our honeymoon. However, that wasn’t the case…..the journey to the cove was very choppy which I struggled with as I’m not that great on boats anyway. It would have been nice to forewarn me but apart from that the trip was fantastic.

Too many people on the boat meaning space was very limited. Snacks provided were given on a tray & were to share for two people however, the same amount was given to single guests as well which seemed very unfair as it was a small amount. Drinks were ok & views were good. Boat was very small meaning out in the open sea it moved around in the swell & some people were feeling sea sick.

The boat was nice although very busy everyone crammed in with no space to move about the boat, this experience was expensive at nearly £100 per person we expected more than just 1 hour 30 minutes on the boat and one complimentary glass of wine! The transfer took longer than the actual experience!

Great service from friendly staff, Matt in particular. Food and music was very good and as many drinks as you wanted. The pick up and drop off was prompt, vehicle was clean and comfortable. Can’t think of any negative points.

We booked this experience for our 1st year wedding anniversary and it was the most beautiful way to celebrate! It exceeded our expectations with lots of beautiful views; plenty of drinks and stunning photos. We would definitely recommend this as a romantic evening experience!

The idea of 'squatting' at the front of the cattermeran was not appealing however, we were able to sit comfortably at the back which obviously restricted the views. The drinks appeared to be well received, we don't drink that much, and unfortunately the clouds appeared in time to block out the sunset. Overall a nice trip but expensive for what was on offer especially when asked for tips on top!

Lovely views, an open bar and a little snack box given as well. Staff are attentive and happy to help. An ideal chill evening out. Our trip was in November so the whole experience was around 2.5 hours as the sun set at 7pm.

Transfer to the boat was easy, we didnt get to see the sunset however everything was excellent. After reading a review we took swimwear as there was an opportunity to take a dip. You are really looked after by the crew.
