What to remember
For the safety of our dolphins, it's prohibited to enter the habitat with cameras or phones, however you are able to buy photos and videos of your experience
Transport to the venue is $10 USD per person
There is no minimum age, but children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity with both participants paying for the program
Government-mandated tax: A fee of $50.00 MXN per person (including children) will be collected at check-in, in accordance with Article 60 of the Tax on Activities with Aquatic Animals
Please arrive 30 minutes before your activity and bring swimwear
Dolphin Trainer: Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity with both participants paying for the program
People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas - for safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet areas
Just so you know admission and transport to Xcaret and Xel-Ha parks is not included

The experience of swimming with dolphins was amazing but we didn’t get our 15 minutes snorkelling session which we was extremely disappointed in considering the cost for the experience and to not have at least 1 photo included was poor, as the cost of the photos were so expensive.

Facilities, staff and transfer all good.. Dolphins are kept in captivity. If you are debating over ethics dont go. It will make you sad. They charge ridiculous amounts for pictures. I wouldnt do again ir recommend.

The time in the water with the dolphin was great and everyone enjoyed, however the price of the photo packages were extortionate and so unreasonable considering the amount paid to do the actual experience.

Brilliant experience. The only down side is the pressure to buy photographs and not being able to purchase certain individual pictures. Having to buy a package is so expensive.

The experience was excellent. The interaction with the dolphins was absolutely amazing. The staff were great at getting you involved with the whole experience. The information given about dolphins was good but we would have liked to have had a video or more information from the staff themselves.

Was a amazing experience to swim with them just on the morning the transport didn't turn up at time of pick up but we got upgraded because of that but the experience it's self was unreal the staff were so good

The dolphins were of course beautiful the activities a bit staged Shane we had to pay more to hold the fin then astronomical photo prices. But the activity itself was good just pity the dolphins aren’t free
