You'll visit the Roman Circus, an atmospheric amphitheatre overlooking the Mediterranean where chariot races once thrilled thousands, along with sections of the original Roman walls that still surround the old town.What makes Tarragona brilliant is how it balances old and new. Once your tour wraps up, you're free to explore the historic quarter on your own. Becca the rep at the hotel added me to the trip after booking other family members earlier in the week. She told me everything I needed to know and was very pleasant. The rep for the trip was very informative and gave good tips on how to get around in Tarragona. She was excellent. An extra hour would have helped to see a little more of the area.

Had a great trip to Tarrgagona. What a lovely city would liked to had more time there. The Roman ruins even though it’s short time it’s enough to get the feel of what happened. With fantastic view from the top of the tower

Im sorry to say I cant give any stars at all through out as my half day trip to tarragona was cancelled by the organizers NOT Tui . I was phoned and text to say it was cancelled the day before . Now im struggling to get my refund . It's not an automatic refund you get they offer you another day by text days later but that wasn't even discussed on the phone and text when they told me it was cancelled. I fly home on they day they offered so that wasn't any good

My husband & I waited for pick up until after 9.30, I contacted someone by chat & telephone & was told the driver was there but no one was at the pick up point. I was sent pictures of pick up point clearly showing people stabding at bus stop so not sure how you can see no one was there. Very unhappy we were left standing all this time, no call from a rep or any communication, will not be booking a trip again.

Our guide Michael was very informative and courteous. Tarragona is such a beautiful city so I wish we could have spent a little longer there.

Very enjoyable trip. Our guide Ian spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. In view of age of some group members, the walking pace was about right.

Our guide was Ian. He was lovely. He didn’t let the group get split up. He kept us together as a team. He was very informative polite and courteous. He showed us the main sites of Tarragona which is a beautiful town rich in history . Recommend a visit
