What to remember
Accessibility:
This tour involves uphill and downhill walking routes in hilltop villages. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with wheelchairs or with impaired mobility
Visiting the Tower requires a considerable amount of physical effort. Please consider that the spiral staircase has about as many as 300 steps. It is strongly recommended that people with heart disorders or individuals suffering from impaired health conditions do not visit the Tower
Not allowed:
Children under 8 years old are not admitted under any circumstances
Know in advance:
The visit to the Leaning Tower lasts about 30 minutes - no extension is allowed. Children from 8 to 18 years old have to be accompanied by an adult
Wi-Fi is complimentary on board the buses, keeping you connected throughout your journey; connection quality may vary depending on the area the vehicle is travelling through, and coverage may occasionally be unstable
Tour may be operated by a multilingual guide
Once the audio guides are handed over before the guided tour, they become the full responsibility of the customer. In case of loss, a fee of €80 will be charged
For small groups, up to 8 pax, the tour escort could be replaced by an English-speaking driver-guide, while maintaining the entire program of the excursion unchanged

Piazzale Montelungo, at the end of the ramp connecting with the train station. An assistant will be waiting for you wearing blue clothes with Caf Tour & Gray Line logos. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check-in time. In case of delay, it will not be possible to join the tour, nor to have a refund or reschedule the tour.

Un tour muy recomendable, nos ha faltado tal vez media hora más o 1 hora más para disfrutar más en Pisa. Todo muy corrido muy rápida la visita, apenas tuvimos tiempo para hacernos fotos. La guía muy profesional y muy atenta.
