The catamaran was nothing like the picture on your website. It had no cushioned seating as displayed in your photo. It also looked really old and run down. There was a stop lasting 1 hour which was pointless. It was just a stop to visit some souvenir shops that you can see anywhere. The golf buggy portion was good and the boat crew were excellent

Overcrowded boat, at no stage were we told to take driving licence so hardly anyone could hire golf carts. 3 hours on the island was about 2 hours too long as you could not venture off without a golf cart and no guide etc. Food was average and large amount of cannabis being smoked which completely surrounded the area. It was clear who was smoking it but nothing got done. Very overpriced for a very average trip

Early pick up (0645) so no breakfast or means of getting a coffee Nothing on bus not even water or biscuits - 2 hour journey to Cancun Once arrived though everything was great very well organised plenty of drinks on the boat - didn’t have to ask crew very good service First stop was good lots of ‘lookey - likey’ shops, stopped for a drink in a bar by the sea very nice Second stop very good we were not told you needed a driving licence WITH YOU for the golf carts! Luckily enough people did

10/10 for the boat and crew but he rest of the trip was pretty scabby. Paid for a guided tour of the island but rules changed and we could not go as we had no driving licence. The birds were eating the food provided which, itself was mediocre, my sister in law and I had stomach issues the next day. The trip description said it was at the beach club, it was not. It was on a scabby beach full of seaweed but the club itself looked really good. TUI need to be more honest and transparent about trips

This was supposed to be a VIP adult only experience. The boat was smaller than expected, having been on several before. Sitting on the floor of the boat is not luxurious and very limited seats available, not even a cushion provided. Hosts were good and hospitality they tried their best to keep us motivated. Photos taken of my wife and I not offered to us even though others got offered! Disappointed, discriminated! Sorry offer all or nobody! I was willing to buy too. Sort that out!?

Umgebung des ablegens und ankommen nicht grade einladend. Schade das einige Mitreisende das Buffet nicht zu schätzen wissen. Die Behälter offen bleiben und die Vögel sich mitbedienen. Schade das man nicht beim buchen darauf hingewiesen wird, dass man eine besonderen Sonnenschutz benötigt. Hatte natürlich keiner bei. Aber gab es ja käuflich zu erwerben. Auch für die die garnicht mit Schnorcheln waren.

Nous avons apprécié les paysages que nous avons pu voir, de vraies cartes postales, bon repas sur place, pas de de perte de temps entre les différentes activités...seul petit bémol, presque 45 min de ********** au départ et nous avons mis 3h pour rentrer (très serrés dans la camionette) alors qu'il n'en fallait qu'une pcq nous avons reconduit 4 personnes sur les 12 dans un coin totalement opposé... Fin activité à 15h30, arrivée à l'hôtel à 18h20

Es war alles super, bis auf den Transfer mit dem Bus. Bei der Rückfahrt war kein Bus da, wir hatten Glück das uns ein Mexikaner geholfen hat, dann sind wir mit einem total überfüllten Bus gefahren, was sehr gefährlich war.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Tag: gute Laune bei allen Teilnehmern und der Crew am Board. Das Schnorcheln war erfrischend und man hat einige schöne Fische und Statuten des museums gesehen. Das mittags Buffet war auch sehr vielfältig, für jeden etwas dabei. Unser Highlight war die Buggy Tour!

Great excursion, the crew were so friendly and great fun. Drinks kept coming with a great selection of cocktails, beer, spirits and soft drinks. Snorkling was for good swimmers with clear water and a variety of fish. Island was stunning and golf buggy superb. Buffet lunch was outstanding on choice, quality and service with table service drinks waiter. Points to note guided snorkling is age restricted and quite rude so say over 60s aren’t allowed 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 They had no gin 👎🏼

Es gibt nicht's auszusetzen - ein rundum gelungener Trip, auch wenn es auf dem Katamaran einen recht heftigen Regenschauer gab. Aber wer kann schon zu Hause berichten, daß es in der Karibik geregnet hat 😉? Das machte den Trip nur umso besonderer. Die Betreuung war prima, allerdings sollte man der englischen Sprache einigermaßen mächtig sein, um den Anweisungen der Crew folgen zu können. Getränke an Bord (Cocktails, Bier, Coke, etc.) for free, frisches Obst und Essen vom Buffet am Zielort 😊😊

We had an amazing day with chimichanga and his crew. All of the staff were very attentive, drinks flowing continually, food was really nice and lots to choose from. We knew where to be and at what time when we were away from the boat. My hubby really enjoyed the snorkelling experience as well. Thank you for a great day and for great memories of our trip xx

Le seul reproche c’est que ce ne soit pas en français, c’est très dommage. Nous avons réservé d’autres excursions, on nous a dit que c’était en français, nous espérons que ce soit comme dit. Sinon à l’avenir nous ne prendrons plus d’excursions chez vous.

Loved the staff, service was amazing, guides were excellent, good delicious, buggy experience hilarious and whole day enjoyed by our party of 4 adults Only thing that let it down was the bus to get us to and from the catamaran, it was not suitable for adults we were crammed in and it was so very hot despite air con. For a 2 hour journey each way this was uncomfortable to say the least

Not much time to snorkel, only one stop for snorkelling. Only 2 drinks before lunch, beer served in plastic cup and was awful, should be cans or bottles. Couldn’t get a table at the beach club and had to queue for 45 mins for food. Buffet was poor and unhygienic. Bar staff at beach club were rude and it was hard to get served. The catamaran was small and over sold not much space and poor toilet facilities. Over priced for what you get.

Very little sailing time which was disappointing, particularly as had chosen the more expensive boat. At the beach club it was a choice of golf buggy or stay and enjoy the beach area. It would have been nice for the stop to be extended by 30 mins to allow both to be enjoyed. Staff were excellent.

We loved the catamaran tour , the staff on the boat and that led the day were fantastic ! Drinks flowed throughout the day , our cup was never empty !! The island was beautiful and we had the best day . We felt the sales of extra items when we first arrived at the marina were a little pushy and repetitive and our only other complaint would be that the buggies were very run down and felt a little unsafe for the buggy tour but we didnt let this ruin the day . All in all a fantastic day

We had the most amazing day from start to finish, complete day could not have been any better. Attentive staff onboard our catamaran offering drinks and snacks all day, very courteous too. The beach club and surrounding area was lovely, food was good and drinks plentiful. Topped off by a golf cart to view the island! Would definitely recommend this trip.

All the staff on catamaran were brilliant! The weather was just too hot and catamaran had very little shade: seating under cover was taken up by 4 older unfit persons. We wore rash vests and hats but were uncomfortable. On arrival we were subjected to a sales pitch to buy hats at 500 pesos and environment friendly suntan lotion ( all which we had). And forced into a photo with someone in native ceremonial dress! Boat ride across to island was great, swim /snorkel was too short and regimented.

If you are over 60 you cannot snorkel we were not told this when booking only saw it on the confirmation. The rep made no reference to this when selling it not good at all.

The hotel staff are generally good especially Eduardo at the pool and Whaaaat (can't remember his name) and Christopher in the Mexican restaurant he is amazing. Booking restaurants is appalling unless you are Prviledge guest. Some buffet staff are quite surley. The beach is badly affected by the seaweed . TUI staff are helpful . There are, take note, areas for smoking, foyer or beach. Taxis ruled by Uber and drivers crazy . Don't buy ecigs on the beach some contain drugs.

Overall a very good day ,if slightly long. The only downside was the fact I couldn’t do the snorkelling although I’m a strong swimmer because they said I was too old at 60. This was disappointing because I was looking forward to see the reef and all the wonderful fish there.

De catamaran Albatros was van alle gemakken voorzien, de crew was fantastisch en de hele trip was zorgeloos door het All-In concept. Ook de lunch op de beachclub was uitstekend. De rit met golfkarretjes naar Punta Sur was heel leuk, iets meer vrije tijd daar zou mooi zijn geweest om foto's te maken. Verder was alles geweldig

What a fabulous excursion. The staff on the Albatross 'Anonio' were amazing from start to finish. They were courteous, professional and friendly. The Beach Club experience was great. The golf buggy tour was such fun. I would highly recommend the trip. Five star service all round 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What an amazing day out! The crew were the star off the show, and the island with the DJ and buggies make you want to spend your whole holiday there! Would recommend for anyone 16+ and who don’t mind drinks,laughs and a wee but off adult humour (come on your on holiday with mum and dad). A totally brilliant day out! Would highly recommend it for a day with laughs and giggles 🤭

Suite a la météo ils disent qu ils peuvent annuler ce qui est compréhensible mais ici la météo était mauvaise départ de l'hôtel reporté sans être prévenus, pas de snorkeling a cause de la météo. La plage la plus belle soit disant franchement rien d’exceptionnel assez déçu Seule chose : le personnel super sympas et très serviable

This needs addressing as reps are giving incorrect information. You cannot under any circumstances scuba dive unless you are under 59, reps telling you to lie about your age is wrong, holiday insurance does not cover you. The meal was over populated with a 40 minute wait to get served. This was the whole time we had before our next adventure. The staff were not very explicit with there instructions

The boat trip was lovely and would do it again. However, the food wasn’t worth it. I expected some chicken to go with the salad but only salad and the drinks were poor not very good. That was the only thing that let it down. The transfer to get back took nearly three hours due to extra stops for locals on the trip.

We really enjoyed the experience. Sadly, we couldn’t snorkel as we were out of the age bracket. The only downside was the time the transfer from Hotel to experience took (same at the of the day). It would have been nice to have had a little more time at the first stop, and at the temple

It was a 30min late pick up - 12 hour trip when you advertised this as a 4 to 8 hour trip! This should be updated… With this the most uncomfortable bus I’ve ever been on. Boat was ok but the frost stop off at the town was a waste of time and as all of the guests were back and waiting for 20mins we guess they felt the same! Breach club again was ok, food was very basic and for a 12 hour trip we didn’t get long enough here. If I could get my money back do this trip I would.

The cruise its self was amazing attentive staff, just enough time at each stop, food and drinks brilliant. However for a Tui Collection Tour the transfer back to the hotel was appalling. Van old the door runner all coming away, air conditioning barely noticeable at the back, the driver had his wife or friend with him and the whole journey non stop talking, driver hand gestures when speaking to her..This was a lasting impression. As staff I think needs to be better as Collection.

Food wasn’t great on beach and golf carts were not very safe, some people disappointed that had to make a group of 4 as couples thought they would get golf cart to themselves. Was told an exclusive group of 16 on boat but there was around 35 people so not much room to chill out on boat at all!

Der var alt for mange mennesker om bord. Det var svært at finde en plads. Det var lidt et kaos. Golfvogns turen var som sådan en dejlig tur, men vogne levede ikke op til sikkerheden, når man sidder og kigger bagud. Kunne se at de fleste andre vogne der kørte rundt, var mere sikre, fordi der var en bøjle foran man kunne holde fast i. Der manglede information ude på selve øen. Vi var flere der var usikre på hvor vi skulle mødes da vi skulle på tur i golfvognen. Golfbilerne var gamle. Maden var fin

We was sold this excursion by a tui rep Robert in our hotel. Once we had booked our pick up never turned up which ment we had to change our plans around . So we then asked for a refund.. which we was told would take upto 20 days. So we decided to rebook another day. As we really wanted to do snorkeling and island. Robert told us all snorkeling would be explained and taught as we said we was new to it.. unfortunately that was not the case.. was not briefed on how to use snorkeling etc. Just

The was a great day out had a great day until we went to the beach to eat they we was going to ride on the buggies they told us that we had to ride on the back of one of them and the people who was driveing on the main road i didnt feel comfortable or safe to let them drive me as around on the road so i refused to let them drive me all i was told was either go with them or stay on the beach if driveing was involved they should not serve drinks like they was doing very dangerus

Het was een zeer leuke dag. Alles was van A tot Z verzorgd, begeleiders waren op en top! 1 nadeel vonden wij, de boot is te klein voor het aantal personen. Niet iedereen kon deftig zitten. Snorkelen was zeer leuk en het eiland is zeeeer prachtig een echte aanrader. Eten ter plaatse was lekker en rondtocht met de golfkarretjes was super leuk. Dit is een excursie om zeker aan te raden en opnieuw te doen!

The boat trip we booked was advertised as having a maximum of 16 passengers, however there were 24 people on board. This was far too many, and there was not even enough space for everyone to sit comfortably. The service on the boat was also very poor, likely because there were too many passengers for the crew to properly manage. In addition, the driver who took us back drove very unsafely. Overall boat, staff and island was brilliant- transport however was bad. Getting to the venue was okay however on the way back the driver decided to accept another passenger instead of going straight back to our hotel adding on over 20/30 mins as well as missing the hotel twice!! Do not recommended the transport side. Driver had his satnav on and clearly did not know where he was going. It made us feel unsafe

The catarmaran trip itself was excellent. Boat staff very attentive, efficient and cheerful. However, we booked the trip with 2 friends. We were put on different minibuses and different catamarans so were not able to spend the day with them at all. We asked if we could be put together and were told ‘no’. Very disappointing! Also there were 2 minibuses which were hot, cramped and uncomfortable for such a long trip. Consider putting on one large bus in future, with toilets!

Die Crew an Bord war wirklich toll. Sehr zuvorkommend, haben versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Der Schnorchel Ausflug hat sich nicht gelohnt. War kurz und gesehen hat man auch nichts. Also das war nicht gut. Gebucht hatten wir unter der Voraussetzung das der Guide deutschsprachig ist. Leider wurde nur englisch gesprochen. Werden wir aber bei tui ansprechen. Der Rest war echt toll!

The taxi service to the trip was very poor. Turned up 35mins late and rude. He then got lost and we were over an hour late to the boat. Taxi driver on way home was excellent. The crew were friendly & fun, safety was constantly monitored and the snorkelling well organised. Beach food was varied and protected from birds. Service at the bar was rather slow but friendly. Toilet facilities not great & had to be closed, we then used a different bars toilets. Plenty of seating both in and out of shade

The Transfer back to our Hotel was horrendous the mini bus was in a shocking state ..no air con ..no rear suspension..no leg room ..over crowded and took 21/2hours to get back to our Hotel ..we suffered bad backs the night we slept and the following day from the journey back to the Hotel.

Leuke excursie! Mooie boot met prima bemanning! Zeer verzorgend en vriendelijk personeel. Snorkelen is niet super interessant maar wel verfrissend. Stadje is leuk, beachclub met lunch was relaxed en goed verzorgd!! Golfcartour was verrassend leuk. Leuke dag gehad. Wel jammer dat vooraf niet wordt verteld dat het wel weer een lange busreis is voordat je op de boot gaat (ca 2 uur heen en 2 uur terug)

Everything was great, especially all the staff everywhere. Plus the lunch was good with a lot of variety. The only complaint myself & others said was “ the lunch stop was rushed 50 minutes, & then on golf buggy tour & back afterwards you only had 25 minutes before going back to catamaran for your return journey “. Really it needed more time so you could at least have a swim & a rest.

We didn’t feel the golf carts were safe.the brakes failed and we hit another cart from behind. The fumes were choking to the point we covered our faces. This was reported when we returned but they wasn’t interested. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using that. Apparently there are other companies there maybe you should use them in your tour.
