If all that glitters isn't gold in here, then it's probably crystal. In the sparkling wonderland created by multimedia artist André Heller, you'll see a glimmering collection of precious items housed in 17 Chambers of Wonder! A romantic's dream, Swarovski Crystal Worlds has more bling than a royal wedding.The Blue Hall boasts a fresh take on well-known masterpieces such as Salvador Dalí's The Persistence of Memory, Niki de Saint Phalle's Crystal-bearing Nana and Andy Warhol's Gems.Discover breathtaking new Chambers like Rafael Lozano-Hemmer’s Pulse Voronoi, the largest interactive light experience ever seen here, and Kristallstimmen, where thousands of crystal voices come alive. Be moved by Chiharu Shiota’s Crystallizing Identity, inspired by the ancient legend of invisible red threads connecting destined souls. And don’t miss Umbra by James Turrell, a fascinating light and colour installation that captivates all the senses.In the garden, there's a play tower you can climb on, a carousel, and a host of awesome art installations. Be mesmerised by the sparkling Crystal Cloud, which is made from 800,000 hand-mounted Swarovski crystals.And don't miss the magical Mirror Pool, where the light of crystals is captured like stars shimmering in the night sky – even in broad daylight!

Important Information for early bird visitors (9:00 or 9:30 Slot): The early bird offer is available until 24 August 2025 at a special price for time slots 9:00 and 9:30. Valid only for museum entry between 9:00 and 10:00 am on the booked date. Please arrive on time for museum entry before 10:00 am. You can stay in the museum as long as you like once inside. The garden and store are accessible all day and do not require a time slot
Open daily from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, last entry at 6:00 pm. 24 December: open until 1:00 pm, last entry at 12:00 pm. 31 December: open until 4:00 pm, last entry at 3:00 pm
Infants (age 0-5) have free admission to the Crystal Worlds
Audio guides are available on request at the cash desk in 10 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Dutch, Korean, Chinese

Attraktionen für Kinder im Freien großartig! Kletterturm, Labyrinth, Karussell, etc. Die Circusvorstellungen für jeweils ca.lediglich 8
Minuten sind eine durchwegs zu kurze Zeit. Gute Zirkus-Schauplätze; tolle Aufmachung!, Orte der Vorführungen gut organisiert; Artisten sehr gut, Clown schwach!

Buchung hat problemlos geklappt, mit dem Strichcode kommt man direkt zur Ausstellung. Der Preis entspricht dem was man auch direkt beim Anbieter online bezahlen würde. Die Ausstellung selber fand ich etwas enttäuschend. Wer schöne Figuren aus Kristall erwartet, muss sich bis zum Ende im Shop gedulden. Die Ausstellung selber besteht zu 60% aus künstlerisch wertvollen Bildern/Figuren und nur zum Rest aus schönen Exponaten welche Spass zum Anschauen machen. Jedem das Seine.

Wir haben in den Kristallwelten leider keine interessanten Informationen oder Entdeckungen machen können.
Der Garten ist hübsch angelegt für einen Spaziergang aber der Ausflug war das Geld in unseren Augen nicht wert..Wir haben mehr erwartet.

Es war ein schöner Tag. Leider hat es geregnet und wir standen am Eingang zwanzig Minuten länger als die reservierte Zeit war, da das Museum voll war.
Dennoch war es alles in allem ein interessanter Vormittag mit einigen aha-Momenten.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und interessant. Es gab genügend kostenlose Ladepunkte für E-Fahrzeuge (Autos und Zweiräder). Sehr flexibel bei Umbuchung des Tickets auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass es mehr Information über die Herstellung der Kristalle gibt.

Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Wir hatten leider nicht zu viel Zeit gehabt, da wir zurück ins Hotel mussten. Ich würde auf jeden Fall mehr Zeit einplanen, halben Tag auf jeden Fall. Es ist für alle was da. Für Erwachsene sowie auch Kinder, Spielturm, Karussell, Spielplatz. Also wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Es war ein Erlebnis, das sehr nachhaltig ist, Ihre Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir werden uns das sicher nochmal ansehen, auch der Aussenbereich sehr gepflegt, sehr beeindruckend.

Es war sehr schön, Am Eingang und im Innenbereich wurden wir sehr freundlich, kompetent beraten. Am besten war der Bereich Famos. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder. Der Ausflug war es wert.
