We were advised this was an adult only English only speaking VIP experience Children were on board (Adults only??) French, Spanish and Italian on board, told only would be English 4 hour trip massively ovepriced - considering we chose this as our full day Holbox trip was cancelled last minute and was the same cost for a whole Food was a sandwich, nothing special and there was nothing that stood out at all on the trip considering this was classed as a VIP trip - very disappointed !!

Going out the sea was rough and choppy, it downpoured with rain, I know the weather is unpredictable, nearly had my ear taken off with the ropes with the crew putting up the sail, was told we could sit anywhere but wasn't warned to move whilst they did this, took them a few minutes to come and ask me if I was ok, was quite scary, my husband was fuming, the rain gave way, no snorkeling due to bad weather, ended up in a little bay for food and small beach which we did enjoy, food was good.

Despite the weather being heavily overcast and frequent rain storms an enjoyable day was had by all I think. My second attempt at snorkelling was cut short due to the very strong currents and partly my expertise. Paddle boarding was in a sheltered bay and the entertainment from both the staff and trip goers was outstanding. Special thanks to Selina, the captain and crew.

The crewe were amazing, I have a fear of the ocean and they were very reassuring and caring, and always checking if everyone was OK. Would highly recommend this trip. Food was good and the company was great too.

The only reason I am rating this excursion so low is that the weather conditioners were not favourable with the wind out at sea creating such swell, this excursion should have been cancelled. The sailing was cut short after a while due to the sea conditions which I was more than happy with as it wasn’t safe to manoeuvre around the catamaran. I totally understand weather is out of the control of any tour operator but the safety of those on board can be controlled which it eventually was.

We were disappointed in the food, a sandwich and some fruit wasn't enough for the money we paid, it would of been nice to have some snacks and dips and some tortilla chips.the drinks were good though

Catamaran trip, snorkelling, friendly staff who looked after us were all amazing. Lunch was good. The downside was the lack of information at the drop off point. We had a find a member of staff at the marina to help us. Once we found our tour guide everything was well organised from that point onwards.

Everything about the trip was amazing, fantastic crew on the catamaran, kept the drinks flowing, the food served was outstanding. Snorkeling stop was well managed and guided. I can wholeheartedly recommend this trip to anyone thinking of having a lazy afternoon catamaran cruise.

Pleased to see that they took health and safety seriously and wouldn’t allow people who were snorkelling to drink beforehand. The snorkelling was very good though it got a bit confusing when we met and got mixed up with a group from another boat! ! Catamaran was pretty full and not a lot of spare space(we went on a cloudy day, if it had been sunny with people wanting to sunbathe it would have been too busy) - less people would have been more comfortable for everyone. Overall a good trip

I enjoyed the restaurant that we had lunch at after the turtle trip. I also really enjoyed the adult boat cruise sooo much! Loved the Mayan ruins. Loved our tour guides, especially Monserratt. I wish I had more lesson about snorkeling because it was a little difficult in the mask, but still fun! I did not want to leave lovely Mexico. I'll be back soon.

The time on the boat was excellent. Crew where good humoured and a tentative. The snorkelling was great . We had great instruction. Food and drinks were good too, nothing was too much trouble. The only negative was time we spent on transportation before and after. More than an hour. Also the driver was using his mobile while driving. This was a big no no for me.

We felt the boat and age groups were spot on not say we were all old farts but it was a lovely like minded people on board the crew chose the right kid of music for our group too they read the group very well drinks were free flowing food was delicious crew were lovely. Didn’t see any turtles we we’re originally led to believe that we would be swimming with turtles but even though this didn’t happen it was a lovely day we were well looked after only 19 on our boat so not crowded

Excellent staff built a rapport with customers. Wonderful boat, good food, safe snorkelling, plenty of drinks from the bar. Very friendly staff. The put the sails up on the way back which was very memorable. Highly recommended

The trip was sold as a adults only but when we arrived there were children on board. We spoke with the tui reps who sent us a link to claim partial refund. Had issues doing the claim so was told by Ceasar he would send us the link for when we returned home to make the claim. We have been back a week and have still not received despite several requesrs

My wife is blind and was a little apprehensive . the staff were really good with her and made her experience a truly magical day. they even took her swimming in the carrabean ocean. truly excellent from start to finish. food was good could get any drink you wanted, would highly recommend this trip

We enjoyed everything the check in at the harbour wasn’t good waiting around a lot and we were told that they changed the adult only to family which I wasn’t happy about as it should have been adult only there was only 2 kids on board and they were well behaved so not a big deal but it could have been 10 kids and wouldn’t have had a say they can’t change the trip on the day

Staff were great and the boat was lovely, really luxurious but the snorkelling was poor, not sure of it was because of the slightly choppy sea or the fact there were so many people in the same area, 3 catamarans and 2 other smaller tour boats. Lunch wasn’t great and bar was limited but over all it was an enjoyable trip but pricey.

Very informative and all about safety first! Kept the groups to a maximum of 35 per boat and the food and drink was lovely! This was a great relaxing trip and I would definitely do again when we return!

Very expensive for what it was compared to similar trips in other locations. Annoying that we had to pay another 20 dollars before we boarded the catamaran (which we weren’t informed of). We lent two other couples the cash as we were led to believe we’d paid all fees to the rep at the hotel and they’d not brought money. A good day out though despite the cost and ‘hidden cost’, not one we’d do again though at the shocking price. Very amiss of the Tui rep not mentioning the extra 20 dollars.

Lovely day out on the catamaran. Slightly disappointed in the coral reef and fish but not enough to spoil the day. The boat crew were absolutely excellent, and we had a super time.

Was a pleasant relaxing trip not too far or long and nice boat. Food was a nice box selection and generous with drinks. Only comment was that if you were a weak swimmer they could offer you a life jacket to use as the belt they supplied was not reassuring. Was a pleasant half day trip though.

The only negative was that when we were dropped off at the location by the transport we were not provided any direction in where to go or what to do next so you have to find your way yourself and find out who you need to see etc. expected a bit more direction and organisation. Crew were very attentive though and we had a great time.

The team and boat was amazing Snorkelling was not mentioned on the description and the second location you go to is beautiful however we parked between 2 large boats, one had topless women acting out ********** acts on a float and the other was doing sexual photo shoots The more were kids around which really wasn’t right This is not our boats fault but all should be aware of what this actually is
