The staff where friendly and well informed. I think it was good value for money. Only negative was our driver didn't collect us until 6:30am and we had been told pick up would be at 5:50am. It was advised by the rep to arrive 10min early to ensure a smooth pick up. So we had been waiting since 5:40am. Not ideal with a young child

The snorkelling should be cancelled when the sea is not clear to be able to see the wildlife. Most of us seen only 1 fish. We had to search with the instructors, they should already know where to let us jump off the boat to enjoy the experience. Not chase after them through the tide & sargassum. The whole team of visitors on my boat were not impressed. Monkey sanctuary & ATVs were awesome.

Excellent value for your money this experience was. Started off the day with a great atv jungle ride with a cenote swim as the destination before a ride back to site. Then off to swim with turtles, was a great experience seeing wild green turtles doing their thing. Then it was back for lunch; a good basic selection of foods to keep you going for the afternoon. The monkey experience was so good and you can tell how passionate everyone is about monkeys, the rehabilitation and the sanctuary

Really good trip, Angel was our guide and was very good, from quad bikes to the sea turtles everything was spot on. Must do trip we had a lot of fun. Anyone travelling here take some spare kit the app doesn’t do this justice we loved it

Alexis was a great guide. I booked the full day excursion which was pretty full on and lots fun - just buy a tube bandana before you go! After that was some free time exploring a cenote and then it was off to Akumal beach for turtle spotting. We had time for a shower then lunch after, then went to the Animal Sanctuary. It was a great day out. Oh, bring shampoo etc with you if you're doing the ATV part, too!!

Jeden Cent wert!!☀️Die Guides erklären die Abläufe genau. Nach jeder Tour (ATV, Schorcheln..) kommt man in die Lobby des Sanctuary zurück. Perfekt zum Umziehen nach dem Schnorcheln. Es gibt Schließfächer, um Wertgegenstände zu verschließen, die man während der Touren nicht benötigt. Das Mittagessen war sehr lecker! Kati, unser Guide, war unglaublich toll, einfühlsam und man merkt ihre Liebe zu den Tieren! Zusatzkosten: ATV Versicherung + Hafensteuer / Empfehlung: Halstuch/Schal für ATV Tour! :)

- ATV experience was really good and kids really enjoyed the monkey experience - All the guides and organisation/explanation was great - We saw a turtle and lots of fish whilst snorkeling which was great - but there were a lot of groups and people in the see often crossing each other which lessened the experience compared to previous trips which seemed quieter. But nothing that could be done just busy Recommendations - bring water shoes and money for a locker

Prise en charge à l hôtel avec ********** Déception pour les garçons sur le quad mis en dernier alors que pas de problème de rythme. Déception sur la nage tortue car très peu et énormément de sargasses (réflexion avec d autres voyageurs d interrompre la proposition d excursion (photos si besoin) Beaucoup de monde entassé. Buffet idem vraiment pas bon. Sanctuaire avec interaction singes sympa mais courts et on voit le traitement à la chaîne .

Le quad et la visite du sanctuaire était bien. En revanche la plonge avec les tortues était nul. 3 pauvres tortues dans un enclos remplis de sargasse et algue sous marine avec aucun coraux et un monde de fou dans l eau. Je ne referais pas

What an excellent trip well worth the money great ride on the atv managed to get a decent speed not like the usual follow along cenote was beautiful. Snoring with turtles was great saw the biggest turtle of my life must have been 3 foot long and then the monkey sanctuary they do great work

The turtle swim was awful, spent the time avoiding swimming into the many people that were there and trying to keep up with/find our guide. It was people soup, felt sorry for any turtles that might have been there, water was too cloudy to see any. Really needs to be spread out more or timed better. The ATV ride was good and the cenote swim was brilliant, best part for us. Sanctuary was pleasant but felt sorry for some of the animals and their very small enclosures. Great staff though.

Turen var god, men vi havde fået oplyst afhentningstid kl. 05.30 og vi blev først samlet op en time senere 06.30. Vi er rigtig ærgerlige over at være stået så tidligt op uden grund. Vi er 9 personer, så vi har spildt 9 timer af vores ferie på at vente og være urolige over om der var gået noget galt med vores booking.

Everything about this excursion was well organised, and very enjoyable. Even including a buffet lunch which we weren't expecting. The only thing that would have been useful would be advising to take some sort of face covering for the ATV, but maybe we shoukd have thought of that.

Monkeydelen av utflykten var väldigt bra, resten av grejjerna bestod mest av väntan. Sköldpadde snorklingen varade ca 15 minuter men väntan när man var påklädd och redo för att hoppa i var iaf 30min. När man sedan kom upp höll bussen på att åka innan man fick lämna tillbaka cyklop och flytväst! Atvdelen samma sak + att skatt och försäkring tillkom utan vetskap som var ganska hög för en familj på 4 personer! Tror det var 2400 pesos.

This was a jam packed day and would definitely recommend if you like an adventure! The welcome was great and the staff were very approachable. The only thing I would say is not to wear nice shoes or clothing for the ATV ride as you might ride through puddles which completely ruined our trainers (which now are unwearable!!!). When it came to the snorkelling, I didn’t like the fact we had to leave our belongings in a plastic container on the beach and not in a locker. All in all, well worth it!

The package is a good blend of activities. It took 7 hours but we didn’t feel rushed or like the day dragged. Our only issue with the package is the restriction of sun cream or bug spray (even the bracelets weren’t allowed). The monkey sanctuary is in the middle of “jungle” with lots of bugs and the snorkelling is constant sunlight. If you’re prone to burning or bug bites, dress accordingly.

The monkey sanctuary was amazing, photos a little expensive for an email. Atv we were given wrong information off the rep we were told it was optional to pay for insurance but it wasn't we had to 15 dollars it was mandatory. But the trip itself was amazing the conote was not what we were expecting. The snorkeling was a little disappointing no fish , but 2 sting rays and 2 turtles, which i think were pend in by nets as they were suspiciously used to humans, so i wouldn't of done it .

Ballade en quad superbe. Parcours sympa, varié, avec de belles flaques d'eau. le totalisateur kilométrique ne marchait pas ni l'aiguille de vitesse, sur plusieurs en tout cas. On voyait qu'ils avaient un peu de vécu, mais coté moteur, rien à dire. pour ce qui est de la sortie en mer pour voir les tortues, une fois de plus piège à touriste: trop de monde, visibilité faible et 1 seule tortue aperçue. Très décevant.Parc animalier sympa mais triste car animaux recueillis après trafic et maltraitance

Beaucoup trop cher, pour ceux que c’était, le Quad était pas mal. Les cenotes étaient archi nul marcher dans la boue et le sanctuaire des singes, un mini zoo. Sinon aller-retour en de bonnes conditions, une guide exceptionnelle mais nous restons sur le fait que c’est un attrape touriste beaucoup beaucoup trop cher, pour ce que c’est

Overall the experience was great, however need more communication on the order of the day and required kit. Lots of mosquito repellent required, shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and muddy for the atv portion, and also shoes for the cenote. Would recommend long sleeves and long trousers also, as it would help a lot with the mosquitos

My wife and I really enjoyed all of it .. excellent service by all staff due to me being partially disabled.. recommend this to everyone. Best trip so far. Only downside was told that we was being picked at 06.40 but the driver had 07.20

The most incredible day , As a solo lady traveller I was really looked after , as were the rest of the small group but they were checking in on me making sure I was ok frequently , The whole experience I would definitely recommend , ATV , Cenote , Turtle snorkelling , Ethical monkey sanctuary , Pick up / drop off / lunch / water throughout , The centre team were incredible , knowledgeable , friendly , upmost safety particularly with ATV , A full day experience , all enjoyed it , Thank you

ATV's, Cenote and Swimming with turtles we very good, however many of the monkeys were hiding inside to keep out of the heat, and were therefore not visible to visitors. It was also extremely disappointing to arrive at the centre to de advised that we had to pay a further $15 on top of the expensive cost of the tour for damage waiver for the ATV's and would have expected this cost to be included. We were advised by the centre to complain to TUI and this would be refunded by them, but it wasn't

Best value for money trip we did. (Myself and 8yo). Action packed from drop off where multiple staff greet you. Insurance forms are given to fill in and an extra payment for quads. Towels and water shoes required for exploring the cenotes. Life jackets provided. Lockers available if required. Demo of quads with goggles, hair nets and helmets provided. Short boat ride to turtles which costs £79pp alone with other providers. Well organised. Pictures available to purchase at the end of trip.

Het ATV rijden was heel leuk, Cenote was mooi en het apenverblijf heel leerzaam. Wat ik minder vond was het schildpad snorkelen, dat moest op een hoog tempo met veel te veel andere groepen. Ik ben een paar keer raak getrapt. Heb uiteindelijk met heel veel geluk 1 glimp op kunnen vangen van een schildpad in heel troebel water. Als het snorkelen er niet bij zat, zou deze excursie een 10 geweest zijn. Gidsen waren prima.

Only one thing was a bit annoying when we purchased our photos they were sent by email and as it took a while to send we had a problem with downloading took about 24 hours to get sorted but of a pain but the actual experience was fantastic brilliant day ! Highly recommended!

Pas de guide pour cette journée !! Le conducteur roule à 120 km alors que c'est limité à 80 et la clim était beaucoup trop forte, je suis tombée malade. Départ bcp trop tôt car nous avons du attendre 45 minutes l'ouverture du sanctuaire. Aucune bouteille d'eau n'a été proposé de la journée !! Ma fille de 16 ans a été laissé seule lors de la balade en quad, elle a eu un léger accident et a du attendre un peu plus de 5 mn dans la forêt. Trop de monde pour les tortues, 12 mn au lieu de 20...

Excellent experience, such a full and fun day. Staff are passionate about the preservation of nature and the monkey tour was interesting and informative. Lewis took us around and he was brilliant. The cenote was beautiful and a welcome dip after the 4 x 4 experience which had us buzzing. Lunch was fine with various choices. The turtle swim was wonderful and again, the caring nature of the staff for the area was evident. Great gift shop. An absolute bargain of a day with so much to see and do.

This was by far the best experience in Mexico. The staff were friendly and passionate about what they did. The Monkeys and animals seen were happy, a monkey on our heads was a highlight! Swimming with sea turtles after was breathtaking. We saw at least 5 including a baby turtle. ATVs and cenote was an incredible experience. Thank you

One of our party suffered massively on the scuba dive.. firstly.. the Monkey sanctuary was (we found) to be completely hypocritical of it's purpose eg.. having Monkeys 'perform' for visitors went against everything this 'sanctuary' was there for, they're protection from things like that.. second.. the guide we found to be completely rude bossy and so very unfriendly (his name was Chili).. we were given 7 minutes to eat lunch!!! And he wasn't pleasant about it either.. infact he was totally rude.

it was all incredible. The guide was amazing, we learnt so much about the animals and what they do along with Mayan history in the cenotes. Highly recommended

Atvs were amazing Monkey sanctuary - due to heat we did not see many monkeys they were most inside which was disappointing but understandable Cenote swim - was so excited about doing this. However once in the cenote we did not have much time at all. We had a short tslkfrom the guide then left Toilets at Cenote were disgusting. Blocked up and unable to flush the smell was horrendous. Swim on akumal beach was the most disappointed I had been all day. Literally 1 turtle Food cold and dried out

The experience was lovely, and the guides were genuinely friendly and passionate. However, the organisation could have been better communicated. When we arrived and again when we left, it wasn't clear where to go or who to speak to, and we hadn’t been informed that the turtle activity would take place at a different location. That be said, the activities themselves were really great, and it was heartwarming to learn about the rescue and rehabilitation of the animals!

Although we enjoyed our trip, it was a bit disorganised, at no point did we really know what was happening next. The so called double ATV was a single seat one with a pad on the rear luggage rack as the back seat which my Wife said was uncomfortable. The lunch meal was good, but more water should have been available during the excursion. Overall it was OK but a little expensive for what you got from it.

To manage expectations, it would be useful for TUI to add more information regarding this experience. I was a solo traveler and the only customer to be picked up from my resort. The driver did not pass on any information and I was expecting a tour guide to be picked up on route, as per other tours. However, this did not happen and we were dropped at the sanctuary and then had to work things out from there. Staff tried to get me to pay additional insurance fee at reception.
