Es hat einfach wieder alles perfekt geklappt! Wir machen das schon zum 2.Mal und werden das Service in Zukunft weiter in Anspruch nehmen! Keine Wartezeiten, Nerven werden nicht strapaziert und Urlaubsgefühle gedämpft, und wir steigen relaxed ins Flugzeug ein🤩 Negativ sind nur ein paar Äußerungen von anderen Fliegern, aber ein jeder kann sich diesen Service buchen und sicher auch leisten. Insgesamt war es ein toller Service. Auch für ältere Personen, die es etwas entspannter wollen/brauchen. Man wird direkt am Eingang mit einem Namensschild und Kofferwagen empfangen. Die junge Frau konnte sogar deutsch, zu meiner Freude! Wir wurden direkt an der Schlange vorbei geschleust und durften gleich durch die Kontrollen laufen. Auch dort wurde auf uns gewartet. Es könnte etwas günstiger sein, evtl. Familien Preise oder Kinder billiger. Trotz allem würde ich den Service nochmal buchen.

Excellent service helpful friendly professional, waiting for me in arrivals and took me through all the checks and sorted my visa.. I would never have found the private taxi I had booked without their assistance. They stayed with me until my taxi was eventually located and without their help I would not have been able to track it down. I would definitely recommend this service 👌

Absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants to take out the queues and waiting at the airport Well worth every penny Only issue we had to wait on air conditioned coach for over an hour for other travellers but rather that than in a bustling airport !! Excellent!!

Wir sind eine 5 köptige Reisegruppe und wurden von einer freundlichen Dame erwartet, die uns im fast leeren Flughafen zurPasskontrolle/ Visumvergabe führte. Sie redete mit dem Zollbeamten/Polizeibeamten kurz auf arabisch. Als ich 150 Dollar ( 30 Dollar pro Person) entrichten wollte, sagte und die Dame, dass eine Zahlung mit Dollar nicht möglich sei, der Beamte akzeptiere nur Euro. Außerdem koste das Visum 33 Euro pro Person. Wir fühlen uns betrogen, Zeitersparnis gleich Null. Nie wieder.

It took all the stress out of arriving in Egypt. We wouldn’t have know. Where to go or what to do without our guide. Only downside is having got through quickly we then had to wait for four others to join us in the taxi to the hotel which took nearly an hour

Preis ist zu hoch , man sollte bei jeder weiteren Person den Preis senken , zu Beispiel 1. Person 59 € , 2. Person 40 € ab der 3. Person 30 € , das wäre ausreichend meiner Meinung , aber wie würden es trotzdem wieder machen war top und Mitarbeiterin sehr sehr nett und freundlich 👍👍👍👍 Auf der Startseite steht das auch deutsche Sprache ausgewählt werden kann , was leider dann beim buchen nicht möglich war !!!! Gott sei dank sprach unsere Mitarbeiterin deutsch 👍👍👍👍

My wife "lost" her expensive watch in one of the security gates and the assigned fast track helper was incredibly helpful in liaising with the local police and staying with us until the matter was solved successfully.

We enjoyed not having to worry about finding our way round the different kiosks. And no queuing was great. Was even taken with our luggage to the coach. Very efficient service. From start to finish. Was a bit pricey £104 for 2 people.

They should say before booking that if you need special assistance(disability) that you don’t need fast track. Special assistance and fast track are the same thing, and special assistance is free. This info was from airport staff. I wasted £104 and feel scammed.

It didn’t happen waited on the plane as requested by stewardess until everyone had disembarked two people then ferried people off the skyway of the plane in wheelchairs and asked to get out whilst the chair was reused to get everyone off the plane they took two people through the airport and left everyone else After waiting 30 minutes decided to walk and never saw any member of airport staff returnig The service was totally useless and reflect badly on TUI as this is offered via your website

Es lohnt sich immer wieder, die schnelle Abfertigung an den Flughäfen bei TUI zu buchen. Der Service ist außerordentlich, kompetent und freundlich. Schneller geht eine Abfertigung auf einem Airport nicht. Danke!

Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen, bei der Ankunft war es noch ein besser als bei der Abreise. Sofort 2 Mitarbeiter die das Gepäck entgegen nehmen, Zack Zack an allen vorbei incl. Sicherheitskontrolle( dort dazwischen geschoben wie VIP) bis zum Bus begleitet. Beide waren sehr fröhlich & hilfsbereit. Danke sehr Security Service

Anyone that's been through Hurghada airport will know that more often than not the security lines entering and after check-in can be quite busy and add in the heat can really spoil a great holiday,with fast track they get you at the door and take you straight to the front of all the queues they even got our check-in opened early. Its a bit pricey especially as you still feel obligated to tip but boy is it worth it!!!

We had a good experience with the young lady who guided us through the airport but the young man who helped us with our luggage changed us £20. We thought this was all included with the price but he said not and would not give us our luggage until we had paid. Very disappointing

Great
On a busy day this service is well worth the money as we have queued for hours to get through passport control in the past. This time however there was a very short queue so not as good value!
