Transfer Bus hat statt gesagter Stunde fast 2 Std gebraucht. Nicht wegen Stau sondern wegen den Leuten die im Aquapark ausgestiegen sind, da hielt der Bus fast 15-20 min ohne dass etwas passiert ist. Es war sehr laut dort drin. Der Zoo an sich war schön. Das Essen im silber Pass war kalt.

A really brilliant day out that exceeded my expectations! The TUI guide was brilliant and informative about what we could expect at the aquarium, and bumping up to the Silver ticket option was definitely worth it for the quality of food provided by the aquarium, time in the 3D cinema, and receiving a gift and discount voucher in the shop. The aquarium itself is brilliantly laid out and informative, as well as being as ethical as possible with the animals, many of which are being rehabilitated.

Der Aufenthalt im Aquarium war ziemlich lang. Wir hatten über eine Stunde „Leerlauf“ und mussten drei Kinder im Alter von einem Jahr, vier und sechs Jahre bei Laune halten und konnten trotzdem alles ganz in Ruhe anschauen. Wir hätten uns über eine frühere Rückfahrt sehr gefreut.

There was confusing when we got there we where told by our tui rep we could snorkel with rays or the shark boat my kids are young so we wanted to do the shark boat and where told we couldn't as wasnt booked eventually after some persuading we got to do i know 2 other families had the same problem and it was said it was the fault of tui rep I don't think the experience in a whole was worth what we paid

The Aquarium was lovely, but not as big as we thought it would be. We paid extra to have lunch and free gift included, this was VERY disappointing. The ONLY option was a burger & chips, not even a limited menu. The burger itself was horrible, not even up to McDonalds standard, the chips were good though. The choice of free gift was pathetic and cheap! If Tui is going to offer a lunch and gift at a higher cost... at least make it worthwhile! We might as well have paid for the basic ticket!

Transfer from our hotel made trip expensive, cost of tickets to aquarium reasonable considering the size and variety of exhibits to see! Felt time given before return to hotel about right and we managed to fit in lunch and a play in the water park

Fahrer ist sehr nett, allerdings nicht mit Englisch sondern nur Spanisch, Rückfahrt ist um 15:30. Sonst ist es halt ein Aquarium, ähnlich Zella-Mellis mit größerem Haibecken. Soweit ganz schick gemacht, großer aussenbereich mit nicht vorhandenen Schildkröten.

Our tour guide Alison was brilliant, we really enjoyed her knowledge of the aquarium on the way and her instructions for entry, tickets and pick up were perfectly clear, she kept us right for the day. And made sure we got back to our hotel safely. The aquarium it's self was too hot and lacked space with shelter or air conditioning, we were disappointed the indoor play are was not open for our child to have fun in a sheltered area.

Everything was lovely the aquarium was far better than any UK one and so much slower paced! Our excursion arrived at 10.15 and we left at 3.15 and spent the whole time in there. Our tour guide Alison and driver were lovely (massive thanks to them), both they and the aquarium were very accommodating as one of our party is in a wheelchair. The aquarium itself was also very accessible, even the splash park. We also found the restaurants and gift shop very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend.

We had no guide. Unfortunately, despite arriving for prepaid lunch the 10 minutes before our allotted time, service took so long that we then missed the allotted time for the 3d cinema. The “gift” was awful. The aquarium itself was excellent although because of the wait in the restaurant, we missed out on probably an hour looking at the exhibits. The food was much better than expected although our young children, after waiting 40 minutes, had “given up” and were eating biscuits from the hotel.

Das Aquarium war an sich super und interessant, dss 3D Kino kann man sich sparen, der Kurzfilm ist so kurz, das er eigentlich kein Kurzfilm mehr ist. Denke das 3D Kino war vor 15 Jahren interessant und als Fortschritt Kennzeichnung nur da, wondie Technologie raus kam. Die Busfahrt hat fast 4 Stunden ausgemacht im ganzen. Deswegen würde ich dies auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Für meine Familie war es verschwendete Zeit an den Tag.

The young lady who did the shark, koi & turtle feeding was excellent. We found her shark tour especially interesting. The 3D whale presentation was superb also. The restaurant wasn't cheap, but it was restaurant quality food. Coffee's and pastries were reasonably priced. The gift shop was very well stocked.

The aquarium was good but when we started there was about 40 school children running around wild so didn't see much and very noisy ,pay for the 3d cinema it only lasted 10 minutes , the time at the aquarium is to long Had to wait 2hrs for bus then bus 15 minutes late , it was like a cattle market with over 200 people standing around waiting on buses no where to sit or get out of the sun???

Es war sehr schade, dass wir an der Bibliothek abgeholt wurden, während wir danach in Alcudia jedes Hotel einzeln angefahren haben. Zumal wir auch die einzigen Gäste waren, die überhaupt aus Can Pica fort mitgefahren sind. Grundsätzlich verstehe ich den Gedanken dahinter, aber warum gibt es dann nicht auch in Alcudia zentrale Punkte? Das hat die Anreisezeit für uns deutlich verlängert und ein Unmut gebracht.

Wycieczka super, szkoda tylko że na tym złotym bilecie jest tak mało czasu żeby wszystko zobaczyć:( Ale z drugiej strony są super atrakcje :) jedynym minusem naszej wycieczki był nasz opiekun pan Piotr, dlatego że wprowadził nas w błąd zapewniając, że będziemy mieć vision boat a mieliśmy nurkowanie z płaszczykami. Widząc to na bilecie poszliśmy do Pana Piotra dopytać czy na pewno mamy vision boat, ale znowu nas zapewnił że na 100%. Już w akwarium okazało się że jest inaczej.

Everything was absolutely brilliant.the staff were great and the experience at the aquarium was awesome. We paid for a silver ticket and Everything was explained clearly how to use the tickets to the best advantage. We were expecting a burger meal at the jellyfish restaurant. This was a real full meal excellently cooked and plenty of it.the ice cream dessert was an added good surprise. The aquarium was huge and had many many more things to do and see than I was expecting. Booking the trip was great rep was brilliant. Collection to and from the aquarium was great, nice cool clean bus and guide on bus was very knowledgeable. However, the aquarium.. I think the trip was maybe an hour or 2 too long, and the food was rather unpleasant, I want aware we didn’t have an option on what we could eat, the toilets ladies were clean enough, but the disabled toilet was disgusting, and had to toilet roll on every occasion we used. No nappy bins etc to use for bigger asn kids

Absolut unseriöses Unternehmen! Unser Ausflug am 10.06. wurde am Abend davor storniert und auf den Freitag, den 12.06. verlegt. Abholung vom Hotel (obwohl es auf der Strecke liegt) war nicht möglich und es ist uns ein Abholort mit Navigation per Google Maps zugesandt worden mit Information dort auf die Abholung um 08:00 Uhr zu warten.Wir warteten auf dem Abholort von 07:55 bis 08:45.Es kam keine Abholung. Kein Anruf und auch keiner telefonisch erreichbar.Das sagt doch schon genug.PureEntäuschung

Das Aquarium ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Hier und da ( Einrichtung ) sieht man es. Das Essen dort, was im silber Ticket inklusive war, war eine Katastrophe. Hab mich vor Ort ( Hotel ) bei Euren Mitarbeiter beschwert, inklusiv Foto vom Essen. Organisation war, wie gewohnt, top. Weiter empfehlen würde ich es nicht.

Overall we enjoyed the whole aquarium, staff were friendly and helpful. The extra tours around there were interesting and informative. The jellyfish restaurant was excellent, the food and service was outstanding and would recommend. Our only downside was the 3d shark experience, it didn’t meet our previous experiences that we have had in other places. The time there on the trip is more than enough but if you do the gold tour it reduces time for other areas, so we feel like another trip required

The aquarium is very good overall but when you are paying for in my cases a silver ticket that includes lunch and there is only one option and you can not have because you have Diabetes and there is no alternative then you need to look into this please and the 3D whale whose very disappointing.

The big shark tank is impressive but there isn't a 'walk under' Advice - go to the feedings -informative. Gardens and Jungle great.

The "fish and chips" in the Mediterranean caffee wasn't so good.. (the fish was too oily and heavy for eating). Also the entry point the photographer could guide us more..for example to pick up the todler for picture. Because now on the picture is only her head showing...

Das Aquarium ist schön gestaltet und grundsätzlich einen Besuch wert. Leider wurde uns der Aufenthalt vor allem wegen des Wasser- und Indoorspielplatzes für unsere zwei kleinen Kinder empfohlen – beides war vor Ort geschlossen. Dadurch hatten wir uns den Besuch anders vorgestellt und waren enttäuscht. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern wäre eine bessere Info vorab wichtig.

Signage could be better we had paid for the 3d whale film but it was not working. We were given tickets for another experience but it was not explained to us that the whale experience was not working and we had been given alternative tickets until we got to the whale film causing a lot of confusion for our party of 6

Das Aquarium ist wunderschön. Bloß bei schlechten Wetter, sind 5 Stunden einfach zulange. Bei gutem Wetter sind 5 Stunden super, weil denn könnte man sich auch noch was in Palma anschauen.

Really excellent value for money - The Aquarium is well laid out and so good to see a range of sea creatures esp the Octopus and Sharks. Loved the 3D whale cinema show which gave a glimpse of the magnificent giants of the sea. The show featured the Hawaii Humpback whale. The vegan lunch was just right and tasty. The service was excellent. Overall wonderful day out.

Enjoyed watching the feeding sessions. Both indoor and outdoor areas are very well laid out and despite being very busy there was still enough space to see everything.

Der Bus hatte über 30Minuten Verspätung. Eine kurze Mitteilung wäre super gewesen. Andere hatten schon überlegt zurück zum Hotel zu gehen. Indoor Spielplatz im Aquarium war abgesperrt. Der Außenbereich für Kinder wurde umgebaut. Nur ein kleiner Bereich konnte genutzt werden. Sehr schade das es hier vorab keine Infos gab.

Das 3 D Kino war leider defekt. Der Indoor Spielplatz war geschlossen und im Aussenbereich war ein Großteil des Spielplatzes auch geschlossen. Ansonsten war das Aquarium sehr schön.

Gebucht hatten wir ein Silber-Paket für 2Erw. und 2K (Eins <3Jahre, Eintritt frei, aber nirgendwo (esse, kino) eingeplant!!) Leider nur 500 Zeichen für Erklärungen, also Kompaktvariante: Versprechung: 10/10 Wirkliches Erlebnis: 6/10 Anfahrt: 6/10 Guide/Ablauferklärung: 3/10 Eingang: 10/10 wir konnten quasi an der Seite vorbei. Andrang: Massenabfertigung(Foto am Eingang, später zum Kauf..., erste Schleuse haben wir übersprungen, weil zu voll) Essen: 10/10 3D Kino: war natürlich defekt VR: zu voll

Not worth the money. We were miss sold what was included in the package. Cinema experience we paid for wasn’t not working and we were given a VR experience instead which wasn’t suitable for our 3 & 2 year olds. Really disappointed and will be making a more formal complaint.

Das Aquarium ist den hohen Eintrittspreis absolut nicht wert. Die Artenvielfalt ist erschreckend gering und die Präsentation der Tiere ist schlecht gestaltet. Man ist in unter einer Stunde durch und fragt sich, wofür man so viel bezahlt hat. Das Personal war kaum hilfreich und die Preise im Café sind eine Frechheit. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Ce que j'ai apprécié malheureusement c'est d'avoir éviter la pluie qui tombait ce jour. Ce que j'ai le moins apprécié c'est le rapport qualité prix par rapport à ce qu'il nous a été vendu à l'hôtel. Aquarium assez petit, animation 3D pour les baleines décevant et très court, le repas très limité avec des burgers contenant une viande inconnue en goût. Je ne recommande pas cette prestation au vue des services proposés, trop cher par rapport à la qualité.

Die Aquarien und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sind Spitze. Das 3D Kino würden wir nicht noch einmal besuchen, war nicht so ein tolles Erlebnis für uns. Das gebuchte Essen in der jelly Bar war ebenfalls sehr schmackhaft und vollkommen ausreichend. Wir würden das Palma Aquarium auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen, wir hatten eine nette Reiseführerin und der Busfahrer war ebenfalls sehr kompetent.

Great value for money - we hesitated but definitely worth it. Alison (rep) and Tony (driver) were lovely. Aquarium was fantastic. The included meal if you get silver or gold is a burger - which was yummy but you don’t have another option. Drinks options also limited but also fine. Was a really nice day out and we really enjoyed it.
