My wife and I did not go on this experience. We tried to cancel when at our resort but was told by a new rep, as the original rep “ no longer works here” that as you booked a twin experience, Chichen Itsa as well,we could not cancel. What annoyed us was that we were not informed of this at the time of booking, I emailed customer service to cancel due to my wife’s health condition in advance before seeing the rep,no reply.😠 Extremely disappointed with how TUI handled this,happy to take our money
