You'll start with a cable car ride up to Alanya Castle, delve into the depths of Dim Cave and have lunch on the banks of the River Dim. Ahmet, one of our expert local guides, says, "every region in Turkey has a tradition of its own but in Alanya, we have a pretty special one – and it makes for a great souvenir. We dry out butternut squash skins and carve them into unique hand-painted lamps and lampshades."If you choose the tour option that includes the cable car ride, you'll start off with an exhilarating journey up the cliffside and back in time at Alanya Castle. Dating from the 13th century, this citadel boasts defensive walls, panoramic vistas over land and sea, and a splendid clifftop location. Next, we'll find out more about local customs and watch a butternut squash being turned into a lantern, before heading to the banks of the River Dim for a picnic lunch. Ahmet says, "the Dim is a popular destination for family outings in summer as the water's always chilly – perfect for a paddle on a hot day."After lunch, you'll journey deep into Dim Cave, where you'll enter a world of dramatic stalactites and stalagmites. Bardzo ciekawy program, na który niestety było za mało czasu. Po wzgórzu zamkowym i jaskini w zasadzie trzeba było biec, możnaby wydłużyć ten czas zwiedzania kosztem sklepiku z lampami z tykwy i innymi miejscowymi wyrobani, który to punkt programu był nudny i całkowicie zbędny

Auf der burg war etwas Zeitdruck, da man noch Recht viele stufen erklimmen muss. Und das Essen im Dimfluss war nicht das Beste um es vorsichtig auszudrücken. Die Guides waren top und auch das Programm war toll. Bis vllt auf den Garten, das war ein kleiner Schwachpunkt und die Getränkepreise auf dem Schiff sind schon sehr hoch.

Es wurde sehr viel in diesen Tag gepackt, ständig wurden wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir nicht viel Zeit hätten und rechtzeitig wieder am Bus sein müssten, da das Schiff nicht auf uns warten würde. Essen was Massenabfertigung......Würde den Ausflug nicht mehr buchen, für das was geboten wird, zu teuer

Zbiórka pod wjazdem była przed godziną 10 (9,45)kolejka po bilety + wjazd/zjazd jakieś 25 minut , a trzeba było zjechać już do godziny 11 więc bardzo mało czasu żeby pochodzić po zamku / murach itp. Statek jako atrakcje „niech będzie” natomiast zakupy u „górala” totalna porażka jedzenie nad tą rzeka to traktowanie klientów jak bydło , dodatkowo jeżeli ktoś chciał wziąć sobie dokładkę tej niedobrej ryby plus makaronu to wielka awantura. Na sam koniec grota która naprawdę rekompensuje. Nie Polecam

'-Unpünktlich abgeholt -auf der Burg oben angekommen, werden noch mal 12€ für Eintritt verlangt wenn man das Innere sehen will, hat vorher kein Wort drüber verloren -das Mittagessen war absolut billig und völlig unorganisiert und die Getränke unverschämt teuer - die Bootstour war soweit okay Wir haben über TUI für 2 Personen 168€ bezahlt, habe viel mehr erwartet und bin sehr enttäuscht.

Fajna wycieczka ale za mało czasu aby nacieszyć się wszystkimi atrakcjami. Wszystko było w biegu, brak możliwości zatrzymania się i zapoznania się chociażby z tablicami. Przewodniczka opowiadała chociaż nie można tego tego tak nazwać ponieważ miało się wrażenia jakby się dzień wcześniej zapoznała z broszurą turystyczną, mało informacji historycznych, bez składu, haotycznie. W czas wycieczki nie wliczany jest czas dojazdu więc godzinę zbieraliśmy ludzi z hoteli i przewodników. Całość od8 do 18

het is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen, en ook niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. het is bijna alleen maar (trap loop) werk behalve de boot, daar kon de kinderbuggy wel mee. bij de lunch is het voor kleine kinderen ook niet veilig erg lage hekjes je kan er zo over heen vallen.

Diese Tour ist nichts für Menschen mit einer Gehbeeinträchtigung. Es sind sehr viele Treppen in der Höhle (ca. 800), zum Restaurant und zur Burg (steiler Aufstieg) zu bewältigen. Die Burg kostet jetzt auch noch zusätzlich 12,-- € Eintritt, die im Preis nicht mit enthalten sind. Für die Besichtigung der Burg ist auch zu wenig Zeit eingeplant. Die Seilbahnfahrt ist schön, es ist ein schöner Ausblick über Alanya. Bei der Bootstour gibt es leider sehr wenig Auskünfte über die Gegend.

Man erlebt ganz viel auf dem Ausflug und sieht tolle Sachen! Die Burg war sehr gut erhalten und wirklich schön! Die Bootstour war fantastisch und die Höhle war wirklich beeindruckend!

Przewodnik niewiele opowiadał o atrakcjach, nie interesował sie grupa, brak informacji o dodatkowej opłacie zeby wejść na zamek (byliśmy 9 osobowa grupą to sporo dodatkowej kasy), długie oczekiwanie na rej statkiem. Zakupy u lokalnego gospodarza bardzo słabe. Jaskinia ok.

Der Zeitansatz war ziemlich knapp. Die Burg schafft man auf keinen Fall in dem kleinen Zeitfenster ordentlich zu besichtigen. Es ist alles zeitlich sehr knapp bemessen. Das Mittagessen ist jetzt eher untere Kategorie gewesen und die dortigen Bedienungen müssen noch Freundlichkeit lernen. Das einzige was diese können ist die Tip Box direkt ins Gesicht zu halten, ohne etwas dafür zu machen. Reine Frechheit.

Es war ein interessanter und informativer Ausflug. Der Guide hat seine Gruppe nicht begleitet, das heisst.z.B. hätte er an der Seilbahn mitfahren müssen, sowie beim Essen darum kümmern das seine Gesteinen Platz bekommen und nicht unten dort sitzen sollen. Das kann man jungen Leuten anbieten, aber nicht Älteren. Das Essen würde ich zim anderen auch niemanden empfehlen. Und die Zeit was wir auf dem Berg hatten mit der Seilbahn war viel zu kurz

Familie 6 Personen (von 42 bis 80 Jahre) Positiv: Uns hat der Ausflug insgesamt gut gefallen. Wir sind zufrieden zurück. Negativ: Wenn ich bei der Buchung frage wie anstrengend die Tour ist, dann würde ich erwarten, dass die Antwort der Tour entspricht und nicht beschönigt wird, weil der Mitarbeiter gern was verkaufen möchte. Die Höhle besteht nur aus Stufen. Hoch und runter. Und der Weg zur Burg hoch ist auch fordernd für ältere Menschen. Man kann aber gut Pausen machen.

Really enjoyable trip. Caves, castle, boat trip were all incredible. Lunch was also a great experience. Not keen on the mini shopping/ gourd bit but that’s just my preference. Guide Dennez was very informative and helpful and took great care of us. I would heartily recommend this trip and it was a highlight of our holiday.

Es war wunderbar die Reiseleiterin Emre hat alles super gemacht über Geschichte und Kultur erzählt. Man hat sich zu jederzeit Wohlgefühlt und es war sehr herzlich auch der Busfahrer Ümit hat einen tollen Job gemacht und uns sicher zu jedem Ort gefahren. Ich kann diesen Ausflug sehr empfehlen. Bus ist eine alte Klapperkiste ohne funktionierende Klimatisierung. Reiseleiter über Mikrophon kaum zu verstehen. Mittagessen unapetitlich. Viel zu lange Anfahrt, da zu viele und zu weit entfernt Hotelgäste aufgesammelt wurden. Keine Getränke im Bus angeboten.

This was long day out but pretty good. The cable car up to Alanya castle was great, lovely views from the top. I could have happily skipped the shopping stop but you always get them with these tours. The caves were incredible easily the highlight and would want to go back, decent amount of time to explore too. Lunch was tasty enough. The boat trip was possibly the weakest part just a jaunt in a gaudy pirate boat out of Alanya and back, stank of diesel and cigarettes. A long day but pretty good.

Wir hatten eine gute Stunde Zeit auf der Burg. Da hätten wir uns bisschen mehr gewünscht. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Ausflug, auf dem man viel gesehen hat. Organisatorisch lief alles gut, Reiseleiter war prima!

Es wäre super, wenn darauf hingewiesen würde, dass wsbei der Höhle etwa 750 Stufen (hin und zurück) zu bewältigen gibt.. also Mensch der schwer zu fuss ist (oder auch mit kleinen kindern), würde man sonst nicht buchen

Bardzo mało informacji o mieście i region. Głównie zostawiani byliśmy sami sobie. Wizyta w "ogrodzie" to pomyłka - nie było żadnego ogrodu, tylko sklep z produktami. Zatem ten punkt to naciąganie na zakupy. Powtarzam, nie było ogrodu, nie było roslin, informacji. nic. Wyjazd kolejką na wieżę widokowa, bez celu. Nie wiadomo było gdzie chodzić. Uczestnicy (nie tylko my) bali się iść daleko, bo nie wiadomo było, gdzie prowadzi droga. Rejs - nie było gdzie usiąść. Ogólnie wycieczka bardzo słaba.

Das Mittagessen war großteils kalt. Keine Label die zeigten was es zu essen gibt. Für Kinder war es nichts, musste Essen dazu kaufen. Beim Castle störten mich die vielen Verkaufsstände. Zu wenig Zeit um shoppen zu gehen. Von der Bootsfahrt hatte ich mehr erwartet. Keinerlei Info was wir sahen.

Für ältere oder Menschen mit Knie Beschwerden ist der Aufgang von der oberen Seilbahn Station zur Burg sehr beschwerlich. Die Menschen sollten gleich im Bus darauf hingewiesen werden das es auch einen Shuttle service gibt der Ihnen die Strapazen erleichtern kann die Burg zu erreichen.

Beim Mittagessen völlig überteuerte Preise kleine Büchse Cola 5 € unmöglich. Dann steht auf der Tour extra dran erst ab 12 Jahre Punkt und dann steigen im Bus kleine Kinder Babys ein mit Kinderwagen. Mir völlig unverständlich eine viel zu lange Tour für kleine Kinder. Und wenn 12 Jahre angegeben ist sollte man kein Neugeborenes oder Kleinkinder mit drei vier Jahren mitnehmen. Das ist eine ganztages-tour und dass die Kinder natürlich ab Mittag müde und quengelig werden ist ja ganz verständlich

Insgesamt toller Ausflug mit hervorragendem Reiseleiter und insgesamt sehr guter Organisation. Beim Mittagessen mussten die Getränke selbst bezahlt werden. Hier hat das Restaurant preislich sehr überzogen (bspw. Große Cola 5 EUR in der Türkei). Dies fanden alle Gäste. Auch auf der Bootstour waren die Getränke und das Eis für die Kids (cornetto 5,50 EUR) überzogen.

The tour was really good, Akmed and Memmet ( the guide and driver) were lovely and informative. The views were amazing, my only negative was that both the castle and cave had a lot of steps and people like my husband who is recovering from a stroke found that he was unable to go all the way.

Generalnie wycieczka podobała mi się. Z przyczyn technicznych nie było możliwości skorzystania z kolejki aby wjechać na wzgórze. W zamian zorganizowano autokary ale bez klimatyzacji.

Wszystko było na bardzo wysokim poziomie: obsługa, posiłki, kelnerzy. Pokoje super, stołówka, teren wokół basenu jak i sam basen. Przejście na plażę pod jezdnia, tylko ta plaża kamienista. Panie miały największą niedogodność - brak bazaru przy hotelu.

Der Guide sprach verständliches Deutsch. Die Burg ist sehr interessant, jedoch die Besichtigungszeit zu kurz. Die Bootsfahrt war in Ordnung, die Crew freundlich aber die Getränke sehr teuer. Der "Garten" ist eher ein Shop. Das Picknick am Dim war von der Örtlichkeit schön, das Essen jedoch weit unter dem Durchschnitt. Eine Massenabfertigung mit teuren Getränken und unfreundlichem Personal, was nichts mit der türkischen Gastfreundlichkeit gemeinsam hat. Die Höhle ist wirklich sehr sehenswert.

Die Tour war hektisch, zu wenig Zeit an den einzelnen Stationen. Insbesondere die Zeit auf der Burg war zu kurz. Das Mittagessen war schlecht und die Organisation war chaotisch. Der Busfahrer und der Reiseleiter haben ihr Bestes gegeben. Aber nur hetzen ist Schade und schafft keine bleibenden positiven Eindrücke.

The tour guide didn't come up to the castle with us and there was no information on the castle we had a free hour where we was able to look around but with out tour guide of information boards we didn't really know what we was looking at, most of the trip was once we get here you will have free time and meet back at the bus for a set time, some areas felt very rushed while other felt like we didn't need to be there. Not much information was given on the bus by the guide due to lack of english

Wir waren mit unserer gebuchten Tour sehr zufrieden. Einziges Manko war, Getränke auf dem Schiff und im Restaurant waren teurer als bei uns in Deutschland. Das Essen im Restaurant war mehr als schlecht. Ansonsten war aber alles andere Top

Angebot mit Burg und Tropfsteinhölle zu Anstrengend! Aufteilung und mit etwas anderem Verbinden, wäre meiner Meinung nach viel besser! Von Vormittags bis Nachmittags nur Treppe rauf und Treppe runter! Können eventuell Sportler machen, andere Teilnehmer waren auch nicht begeistert und haben ihren unmut auch verlauten lassen. Eventuell setzen sie es auch ins Netz, so wie ich es momentan mache! Die Reiseleiterin war sehr bemüht etwas zu erklären, nur kam es nicht so richtig rüber.

Najgorszym punktem wycieczki był lunch w ochydnej knajpie nad rzeką. Jedzenie obrzydliwe ,serwowane przez osoby które były dla nas mało higieniczne. Podawano Jedzenie jak skazańcom. Wyszliśmy głodni i źli. Drugi pseudo market w ogrodzie przydomowa. Żenada. Na tej wycieczce nie było możliwości zwiedzenia miasta z muzeami i innymi atrakcjami. Nie polecamy nikomu tej wycieczki.

Alles in allem hat es uns ganz Gut gefallen....außer das die Seibahn nicht gefahren ist(1.Türkischer Feiertag2.wegen Wartungsarbeiten)aber da kann man nichts machen 🤷♀️und natürlich die vielen Treppen 🥵....nichts für Gehbehinderte Menschen...aber sonst war es sehr Schön😃👍👍👍also diesen Ausflug würde ich Weiterempfehlen ☺️

Syntes det var en rigtig god tur og føler man får en del for pengene da der er flere ting at se og høre om på turen end kun en severtighed. Dog syntes jeg godt at under frokosten en drikkevare er med i men at resten af turen står man selv for drikkevaren og så havde man en liste med hvad man kunne vælge som var med i og hvis man ikke ville have nogle af de drikkevare der høre med til frokosten så kan man selv betale for det man ønsker

Nie rozumiem, dlaczego przewodniczka nie wjechała z grupą na wzgórze i twierdzę- jej instrukcje były niewystarczające żeby zobaczyć wszystkie interesujące miejsca tam, uczestnicy wycieczki byli zagubieni i miejscami zdezorientowani. Przewodnicy z innych firm wjeżdżali z grupami… Poza tym jej opowieści były nie do końca na temat zwiedzanych miejsc i kraju-sugerowałabym większe skupienie na temacie.

Rejs statkiem był wspaniały, widoki przepiękne. Najlepszy punkt programu. Przewodnik trafił nam się świetny, Turek mówiący idealnie po polsku plus miał świetne poczucie humoru. Jaskinia również była wspaniała, widoki że wzgórza piękne. Reszta była trochę za szybko, za mało czasu wolnego idużo jazdy autobusem, ale może takie wrażenie przez to, że nie jechaliśmy kolejką, bo popsuła się dzień wcześniej i nikt nie poinformował biura, więc jechaliśmy na wzgórze również autobusem.

Der Besuch der Burg war sehr schön aber leider war die vorgegebene Zeit zu kurz. Man hat gerade mal einen kleinen Bruchteil gesehen und musste dann wieder umkehren. Die Bootstour war eine von mehreren Reisegruppen zusammen gemachte Rundfahrt auf dem Meer. Hatte was von Massentourismus. Auch das Essen erinnerte mehr an eine Massenabfertigung. Der Besuch der Tropfsteinhöhle war wieder richtig schön. Den Zwischenstopp beim Kürbismarkt hätte man sich sparen können. Reine Verkaufsshow.

Ich habe keine Benachrichtigung wegen abholung Zeit Änderungen bekommen und telefonisch war auch keine zu erreichen . Nach eine Stunde warten kam der Bus. Total ärgerlich und nie mehr wieder.

Sam zamek bardzo jest ciekawym miejscem, ale wjechaliśmy na górę kolejka bez polskiego przewodnika, przez co byliśmy zdani zwiedzanie samodzielne, inne grupy miały polskojęzycznego przewodnika, który opowiadał historyczne ciekawostki związane z tym miejscem, co było istotnym uzupełnieniem zwiedzania.

Sehr schöner Ausflug insgesamt, sehr informativ. Der Halt am „Verkaufsgarten“ hätte nicht sein müssen und das Essen am Fluss Restaurant war nicht sehr empfehlenswert und die Getränkepreise dort sehr überteuert, ansonsten war alles schön, besonders die Grotte/ Höhle ist sehr beeindruckend gewesen.

Ein Hinweis, dass der Azsflug für gehbehinderte nur bedingt geeignet ist wäre vor allem im Internet gut. Wir mussten, weil ins Hotel kein Reiseleiter kam, über die App buchen. Meun Mann ist gehbehindert und konnte weder die Burg noch die Höhle besichtigen, wobei uns die Höhle vorher bewusst war. Ärgerlich war die Burg, denn da ust es wirklich sehr schön
