Enttäuschender Ausflug – erhebliche Abweichungen von der beschriebenen Leistung Leider entsprach dieser Tagesausflug in mehreren wesentlichen Punkten nicht der bei TUI Musement beschriebenen Leistung. Aus den angekündigten 12 Stunden wurden tatsächlich rund 14 Stunden. Bereits die Hinfahrt dauerte etwa 4,5 Stunden statt der angegebenen ca. 3 Stunden, wodurch ein erheblicher Teil des Tages allein für den Transfer verloren ging. Auch die angekündigte deutschsprachige Begleitung/Führung war nicht

Overall the visit to Marrakech was just great. It is a hustle and bustle busy city that must be experienced. The journey through the mountains was spectacular. Our guide was really pleasant, knew all there was to know about Morocco and Marrakech. He was really patient with us. Our booking did not include lunch. Some of the group did have lunch included. All of us were invited to join in at the terrace restaurant regardless if we took our own lunches or not which was most welcome.

Abdullah our guide was very knowledgeble, gave a lot of info on the morroccan culture. The drive to Marrakech took about 3h with a 15 min break midway which was very welcome. The tour in Marrakech felt rushed at times. The gardens which were nice and we enjoyed, but also to the caravan of antiques which was a waste of time. We had lunch in a restaurant with local food which was nice and ok priced. Overall we felt like there could have been nicer places in Marrakech to visit.

The tour guide 100% excellent, attentive and knowledgeable, I gutted I can not name him. Felt safe with driver. My only downfall was my mobility, so any low points is for myself.

The guide was very knowledgeable and showed us around key places in Marrakech. The tour felt a little rushed but overall this was an amazing experience.

Excellent

I was a little unsettled to find this tour was done through a third party and not TUI. I did not know this when I booked online. The tour guide ( Abdul) was excellent while in Marakesh although he wasn't on the coach the whole time, we picked him up on route, and the driver wasn't very helpful dropping people off at their hotels later.

We really enjoyed our trip to Marrakech. We were collected by taxi from our hotel and taken to meet the bus which was clean, modern and comfortable. The journey took over 3 hours but there was a stop at a service station half way so we could get out and stretch out legs and get something to eat. Once in Marrakech out guide took us through the madina while explaining about its history, we were then taken to a nice restaurant for lunch and then given around an hour and a half of free time.
