I was so looking forward to this as it was my birthday. Genuinely shocked to see the condition of these horses. One was lame and limping. Several were actually bleeding under saddle. Mouth pieces did not fit properly. These horses are under nourished and looked terrible. I was very upset by this. The boys in the office were quite rude and dismissive. I went to see tui rep after but couldn't find her. I feel tui has some responsibility to the animals welfare as they are making money from cruelty

Poor
The ride was only an hour long & not the specified time of two hours. If you are expecting to ride on white sands you will be disappointed. The beach is full of stinking seaweed, discarded bottles and litter from the tourist boats causing trip hazards for the horses. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Was 1st time on horse but the staff was so nice they showed you what to do help u on n off the horse was really good experience would defo recommend it

Staff were welcoming but upon seeing the horses I was extremely disappointed in their health and wellbeing. The horses were all very thin, their coats were dull and although stood in the shade there was not one sign of a water bucket/trough. Having been in the equestrian industry for over 30years I know a thing or two about horses, the tack was ill fitting with the harshest bit in their mouths. I only had to touch the rein for the horse to throw his head up high in pain.

We’ve been here for many years. We noticed a decline in quality of horse care. The horses don’t look healthy and lively. We don’t think the horses get the care they need. Guides don’t speak any English. The experience is boring.

It would have been nice for my husband and I to have horses that liked each other. They didn’t want to be near each other so we were apart for much of the ride. Also, we thought the ride was 2 hours, we weren’t told about stopping and getting coconuts, we really aren’t interested in that so we felt it took away from our experience. The guides were phenomenal though and couldn’t have done better!

Whilst the experience itself was lovely and certainly long enough it was quite a surprise to see the horses looking a little undernourished and like they needed a wash and a brush, we didn’t expect to feel concerned for their welfare. We stopped for a 10 minute break half way through and I expected there to be water available for the animals but there wasn’t(nor on their return)We also thought there was far too much rubbish on the horse trail which was a distraction from the beautiful scenery.

Amazing half day,I imagined white sandy beaches cantering along but it was full of smelly seaweed and we didn't get to canter.but it was still a nice afternoon

De gids was zeer vriendelijk! Op het einde van de Tour kon je even galopperen. Het strand was soms wel wat vervuilt met plastic. Kan de organisatie niets aan doen natuurlijk.

Just so others are aware you can’t take rucksack’s on the horse you have to leave them behind and there is no security lockers they are just left in the hands of the staff. Take a bumbag so all your valuables are safe. Make sure you also wear long trousers as your legs rub. Also felt a bit uncomfortable when looking at the pictures felt pressured to buy.

Buggy ridding was fun, got a little more muddy than I preferred, but that's just me. Horse back ridding was a little rushed and not very personable, but fine. Zip dinning was super fun. The meal was excellent! The tribal show was great. Cave swimming party was a blast!!! Our guide was the best!! He was funny, personally and kept us on track!!

the transportation driver did not say a word. and when i picked out this horse experience i was told 1 hour ride then a break for a coconut and then ride back. would have given a 10 for the coconut i was looking forward to that.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and all spoke English. Transfers were a small air con minibus so the group was small enough to meet everyone. Horses were healthy and well trained. The setting was amazing with most of the experience being along the beach trotting in and out of the waves. Safety helmets were provided and the staff were very experienced in getting us all on and off the horses and made us feel completely safe and comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Everything about it was great the guides were really nice and welcoming and even took pictures and videos for us. They got coconuts down for us to drink halfway through and that was a really nice touch. We were on the horses for a good amount of time and explored quite a big area mixed of beach and woodlands.

War ein schöner Ausritt mit Trab und Schrittpassagen. Lediglich die Toilette war sehr schmutzig und leider am Strand und im Wald unglaublich viel Müll, was das Naturerlebnis leider sehr abmildert. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen

Super toffe excursie. Aangenaam paard, heel erg mooie wandelingen langs palmbomen, op het strand en in het water. Degenen die konden mochten ook af en toe galopperen. De paarden worden goed behandeld. Er was een opstapje voorzien om gemakkelijk op het paard te kunnen gaan zitten en we kregen ook hygiënische haarnetjes om onder de helm te dragen. Zeker een aanrader.

The guide on the horses was great and made the experience really fun. It was let down by the guys taking the pictures, not liking you taking your own and charging very high prices for theirs. The best part was going through the sea on the horses. They go deep enough to get your ankles wet so dont take your best trainers, they provide water shoes if needed though.

Horse riding and staff were great but the route was littered with rubbish and the coast line and sea was dirty and rubbish floating everywhere ,The photo shown on the advert is a joke.

Well organised trio. Horses looked well cared for and clear guidance was given by the guides to novices in English and Spanish. Photos etc available to purchase though quite expensive. Comes on a memory stick.

It was first class, something I've wanted to do for years and it didn't disappoint. Gide was very helpful and gave us all good Information on how to ride if you haven't don't it before. Take your own drink as they charge for it. Photos were $60 but it was on a memory stick with all the others plus video. Brilliant afternoon.??

Pick up was good with a slight delay, driver didn’t have a sign and just shouted tho so it was easy to misshear Drive to the ranch was good and the vehicle had aircon. The horse riding across the beach and the woodland area was very good. We were in a small group so made it better for us.

Das Reiten am Strand war ein Traum. Obwohl ich keine Erfahrungen mit Pferden hatte, war es ein wundervolles Erlebnis. Die Pferde laufen "automatic" sagte der Gaid und so war es. Ich fand es nicht sehr gefährlich. Die digetalen Fotos, die gemacht wurden, fand ich viel zu teuer. Ich brauchte sie aber nicht zu nehmen.
