Villages, panoramas et découverte de la boisson locale sont au programme de cette excursion. Vous vous aventurerez dans le plus grand vignoble de l'île pour une dégustation de vins de qualité et de tapas typiques, avant de goûter au célèbre vin doux de Madère dans un lodge traditionnel. Ensuite, direction le Cabo Girão - l'une des plus hautes falaises maritimes du monde - où vous pourrez traverser la passerelle de verre au-dessus de la vallée moyennant un petit supplément.

Die Tour in Englisch war für uns super zu verstehen. Es gab viel Wissenswertes über den Weinanbau. Die Wege waren abenteuerlich, aber cool. Unser Guide war ein sehr guter Fahrer.

Our guide Chris was wonderful. He was informative, funny, chatty. We found out so much about the island from that we will almost certainly be back to discover more. He made is feel relaxed and extremely safe. He is a great asset to Tui.

Die Tour war sehr beeindruckend. Unser Guide Romero hat sich sehr gut ausgekannt und uns zu wunderschönen Aussichtspunkten gebracht. Die Fahrt durch den Rain Forrest und das individuelle Mittagessen waren wirklich toll. Jederzeit wieder.

The group size created a good atmosphere throughout the day and throughout the guide/ driver was giving us all information in a factual and friendly manner. The stops giving time to take photos and breaks were well spaced and his lunch recommendation was excellent for everyone. The whole wine tasting experience on the two stops was well managed and enjoyable. We preferred the smaller party experience and will certainly book similar excursions in the future due to this particular tour

This tour cost the same as another that included a 3 course lunch, this one had no lunch included. The guide advised we would try 2x 3yr old, 2x 10yr old & 2x 15yr old Madeira wines, which wasn't correct, we tried 2x 3yr & there was a choice of 1 of 2 different 10yr old Madeira wines & no 15yr old. I'm not sure that wine tastings & Madeira wine tastings cost more than the lunch on the other tour, as we also tasted several Madeira wines on that tour. This one was not value for $ in comparison.

The driver was knowledgeable and courteous. The off-road section was fun, views terrific. People delivering the wine sampling were knowledgeable about their subject.

Fantastic trip , plenty of wine at the tasting sessions , didn’t manage to go open top in the 4x4 due to the rain but still enjoyed the experience

Lovely holiday sadly from our 4th till we left the food was not that good ( we were all inclusive) whether the hotel. Was waiting for supplies but the standard dropped dramatically. Getting out of Madeira was dreadful due to huge queues at the airport and not enough staff on the desks.

Excellent guide/driver called Rui and a lively crowd of people. The winery in the mountains is well worth the visit with some beautiful wines as is the madeira winery in Camara de lobos.
All in all a lovely day out
