Katopia soft play has a 1.10m height requirement
Katopia Splash Park has a height requirement of 1.00m for open slides and 1.20m for closed slides
Zombies is high intensity XD theatre experience for ages nine and over, but there's no height requirement
Los Banditos Wild West is a high intensity XD theater experience, but has no age or height requirements
The following rides are either low or medium intensity and have no age or height restrictions: Steambot laser challenge, The House, 4D experience virtual roller coaster, Minigolf, Desperados Wild West XD theater experience and The Little Prince 4D theater experience
Top tip – there's always so much to try and squeeze in at theme parks, so plan ahead and pick your top priority rides and attractions that you may need to queue for to make the most of your day
Just so you know, your transfer will stop to pick up guests at other accommodations, so your journey to and from the park may take a little longer

Guiden sa bussturen tok 1 time hver vei. Den tok 2 timer til Magaluf og 2,45 tilbake. Hadde vi visst dette ville vi ikke tatt turen. Vi ble også fortalt at Katmandu Park var «perfekt» for vår 3,5 åring - og at mye var under tak (det var meldt regn). «Soft play» i parken var inne - og gutten vår var for stor for det området han fikk være i, og for liten for der han helst ville vært. Zombie og banditt er for skummelt for en treåring, og andre ting var stengt. Vi var i parken i kanskje 1 time. ????

The only thing I would say is i would have liked more time at the park considering they closed at 10pm, bit understand they want to avoid traffic, BUT overall it was a good trip. The lady on the bus was lovely. Another thing please make it clear that the £28 is without the transfer at the beginning so you don't get a shock when it goes up in the next page...

Pas assez de temps dans le parc . Avec le temps de transfer, nous sommes arrivés à 10h45 pour repartir à 15h45, nous n avons pas pu profiter de toutes les attractions . cela ne vaut pas le prix.

Activité trop chère par rapport au temps donné par l'agence!Le parc est tres bien mais beaucoup de temps perdu dans les files d'attente pour les attractions...cela irait si nous avions la journee pour en profiter ( A savoir que nous avons paye des entrees pour un parc d'attraction et que nous devons quitter celui-ci bien avant 16h alors que le parc ferme a 18h!) Obligation alors de devoir selectionner nos attractions, pas su tout faire alors que nous avons payé nos entrées au parc...

Katmandu it's self was great! The staff we're lovely, wait times at each attraction was short! The kids loved the place! Our problem lies with the coach transfers, nearly 2 and a half hours there and same back. They we're doing 3 drop offs at 3 different excursions. 1st drop off was Marine Land, second was Western Waterpark 3rd was Katmandu Park. So you'd presume on the way back they would pick up in the same order? Nope, not the case this resulted in us only having just under 4 hours there.

The trip itself was really good. Plenty of time to do most things at the park. The thing that let the trip down was the organisation of the buses by TUI. First we were delayed by a booking that was on the wrong bus. On the way back it was horrendous, the air conditioning didn't work for the 2 hours journey home. It was roasting and I had to sit with my child on my knee because families sat anywhere and had bags on spaelre seats and the rep did nothing about it. Really disappointed with TUI.

We was encouraged to buy a ‘ pass ‘plus VIP passport ticket for extra value. Fast track, food and drinks as well as unlimited time on rides. Hotel attendees had fast track and we was made to wait a lot so this was not a benefit. We were refused food and drink included even when showed online that this is included and had to purchase on site. The amenities are fantastic but only time to go on them one each. Don’t buy plus ticket it is not worth it.. I would recommend choosing another activity

My Daughter is Autistic and loves soft play so we thought this was going to be a good day for her, once we got there she was asking for soft play straight away nice we got to soft play she wasn’t aloud in the sensory area due to being to old but this is the only area she is bothered by when I spoke to the guides there they just told me she wasn’t aloud in there period which left my daughter having a meltdown. We then left the park for the day Thai place was not inclusive for disabled children.

We are a family of 3 with a 3 year old and picked this trip because of the appeal of Europe’s largest soft play facility. We were disappointed on several counts. The journey each way took 2 hrs (not 1:15), soft play entry was heavily restricted allowing a single session and due to our arrival time we missed the start of the last am session. The water park was not open until noon so we had little to do whilst waiting. Our son could only access the baby section despite his strong climbing skills.

Alot smaller and with a lot less to do than they let on. It has 4 x 5d cinemas or similar but the experiences are all similar. There's 2 lots of mini golf yet one 18 hole course is tedious enough. The water park is just a few slides. The upside down house is a collection of sub par animatronics and free to play arcade games. No idea why we had a TUI guide as all she did was abuse prattle on about herself and what we would see at the venue rather than let us experience it.

Long coach transfer (almost 2 hours each way including other hotel pick ups). Theme park itself has good attractions, however it soon got busy & was queuing for attractions. Didn't have time to use the splash park following the other attractions due to coach pick up time.

Having a child with a heart condition there wasn’t much we could really do, we did the golf twice, the house twice and water area once. I think it should be known about any restrictions whilst booking but our TUI rep was lovely when I explained the issue when we arrived back. It’s a lovely and fun day out and I hope everyone who goes has an amazing time.

The splash park and the golf were really good. The soft play does not allow adults in. My son is very nervous and requires a bit of additional support. He was extremely upset at soft play as he wouldn’t/ couldn’t go in on his own. The staff would not allow it. Had we known this in advance, it would have put us off going, as the soft play was quite a big part of the park and part of the costs we paid

I brought my son age 8 for the day it was fantastic he really enjoyed the 4d cinema & splash park, the food was nice too from the snack bar :) staff were really friendly, guide was great & coach was nice & cool, overall great day out

Park itself was good but we did not have long enough in the park, particularly considering the journey time. We spent almost as much time on the bus as we did in the park. We went on a quiet day and still didn’t have time to do everything. The guide with us did not engage with anyone on the coach other than shouting out the drop off points

Favourite trip for my 9 and 7 yo Everything is enjoyable and diversified, no faults at all. The house, the 4d experiences, mini golf, splash area, indoor play, everything was just great. We’ve been in end of season and not queuing for longer than 10 mins helped a lot in making the experience more enjoyable

This is a great day out for kids & adults we was full of laughter throughout. The only disappointment was the fact we didn’t fit everything in due to time. Tui told us it’s a hour to get there from our hotel (‘holiday village) we was picked up at 8:30am and arrived at 10:40am! This is far too long. We got collected at 15:45 meaning by the time we’ve had lunch, queued up for the attractions we missed out on a few as it was time to leave. This was very upsetting for our boy who missed out.

Die beiden Minigolfbahnen sind klasse gemacht, im Gegensatz zu allen bisher gesehenen, sind diese mit Kunstrasen belegt. Zusammen mit der Gestaltung gibt es fast ein richtiges Golf Gefühl. Diese, die 4/5D Attraktionen und das auf dem Kopf stehende Haus, sind auch für ältere etwas. Für die Laser Challenge empfehle ich keine weite Kleidung zu tragen. Aufgrund der Hitze konnten wir nicht mehr Attraktionen mitmachen, bei niedrigen Temperaturen wäre aber die Aufenthaltszeit zu knapp gewesen

Katmandu Park er rigtig sjov og underholdende, som et god afbræk til strand og pool. Beskrivelsen passer fint. MEN.... TUI fusker med deres "fra pris" for denne udflugt, som inkluderer transport, da de har sat den til udflugten uden transport. Hverken kundeservice, lokal guide, chat og anden kommunikation med TUI har fået dem til at forstå problemet og ej heller kunne fortælle hvornår udflugt inkl. transport skulle kunne købes til den angivne "fra pris". Det er sgu snyd.

Der TUI Guide und Fahrer waren Super. Im Park waren die Angestellten alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war teuer und nicht so lecker. Zeit war knapp bemessen um alles zuversuchen.

I enjoyed the Katmandu park, I feel you need to arrive earlier than we did because it feels like a squeeze if you arrive around about half 10/11 when we did get there, also feel you need to explore the possibilities of toilets on your coaches a lot of children go on these excursions and I was a little shocked when the driver had to pull over for a kid to go the toilet and it was literally on the side of the road she had to go

We had a lovely day out. My daughter aged 5 loved the upside down house and laser spy game the best. The food was surprisingly good. An adult wasn't allowed to go into the softplay with her so she didn't want to stay in for long on her own. The splash park was quite disappointing as a lot of the flumes were closed. Overall we did have a really good day.

Die Zeit war etwas kurz, da man (durch die vorgebenden Eintrittszeiten der Attraktionen) nicht alles geschafft hat. In der Beschreibung stand, dass Kinder ein Geschenk erhalten. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Bei unserer Nachfrage an der Rezeption im Park wusste auch niemand was. Das hat unser Erlebnis nicht geschmälert, aber die Entäuschung kann man den Kindern ersparen. Wenn es nichts gibt, sollte es auch nicht in der Beschreibung stehen.

Noch vor der Abfahrtszeit kam eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin zum Abholort und informierte uns über ein Busproblem. Uns wurden 2 Taxen bestellt und die Mitarbeiterin hat die Kosten übernommen. Sie war wieder vor Ort und konnte uns unproblematisch und sehr professionell helfen. Mega! Wir hatten einen tollen, spaßigen Tag. Rückfahrt mit Bus verlief ebenfalls, diesmal aber mit Bus, zügig und zuverlässig.

The trip itself was fine. My issue was with the transportation. My pick up time was changed to a slaughter later time then on the morning the bus arrived even later. There were to many stops at other locations to drop people off, then the rep had to spend time sorting their tickets. All the delays ment we had less time at our location. There were activities we missed out on as we didn't have enough time

It was an extremely overpriced trip and we got no benefit from the VIP tickets. You do not give the option to purchase the cheaper tickets even though you say prices are from £25. Very disappointed

The amusement park itself was really good. The downside was I was told it would be a little over an hours drive but factoring in drop offs and pick ups at other amusement parks, the coach was 2 hours each way. We were the last drop off and first to be collected so despite being collected at 9am and returning at 17:45. We actually only had 4.5 hours at the park and could not do it all.

Great fun for kids and adults. 4d/5d motion theatres are good....we don't have them at home. Queueing for the rides can be exhausting with the heat .

Bus takes considerably longer than expected - 2 hours each way - but the park itself was good. Not as big as we were expecting, but we were busy the whole time we were there! Lovely Tui staff (Natalia) and staff at Kathmandu were all great.
