Start the tour from the tour operator's office next to Sagrada Familia. An experienced guide will pick you up from the office and walk you to the Basilica.Enter the monument and discover the ultimate must-see landmark in Barcelona. Learn about the history and significance of Sagrada Familia by the hand of your local guide. Marvel at the astonishing interior, rich in symbolism inspired on natural wonders. Walk freely around the nave whilst listening to your guide’s explanations of Gaudí’s masterpiece on your headsets.Take in all the details of the perfect fusion between architecture and spirituality. Tour the outside façades and wonder at the magnificence of details. At the end of your tour, you can stay inside Sagrada Familia and visit the museum. An exhibition of drawings, models and pictures narrate the story of the Basilica. The museum also displays information on Gaudí’s life and career.At the end of the tour, your guide will take you to the lift entrance for you to go up one of the towers by yourself. Admire the panoramic views over Barcelona.

Not allowed:
Children under the age of 6, unaccompanied children from 6 to 17, people with reduced mobility and those who suffer from vertigo, claustophobia or cardiovascular diseases are not allowed to go up to the towers
Please dress respectfully to enter the Sagrada Familia Basilica. Tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts and sandals are not allowed
Know in advance:
Due to the limited capacity of the lifts, there can be a waiting time between the basilica and museum guided tour and lift access
Towers will be visited without a guide
Access to the towers is subject to weather conditions
Please note that you might have to take the stairs down the tower which are a tight spiral
Admission staff may request official documentation to verify a child’s age, like an ID or Passport. Please be prepared to show this to avoid having to pay the difference for a adult ticket
The tour takes around 90 minutes and after that, you're welcome to remain in the church for as long as you wish

Die Qualität der Akustik war sehr schlecht. Man hat die Mitarbeiterin sehr schlecht verstanden. Zudem hat sie Fragen gestellt, aber Antwort des Teilnehmers nicht durch das Mikrofon wiederholt, sodass die Antwort nicht alle Teilnehmer hören konnten.

Insgesamt war ich schon vor der Durchführung enttäuscht. Bereits im Februar habe ich die Führung durch die Sagrada in Deutsch gebucht. Im Juni wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Führung nur in Englisch durchgeführt werden kann. Bei anderen Anbietern gab es inzwischen keine Möglichkeiten mehr. Auf Nachfrage war es nicht möglich, einen Audi Guide zu bekommen. Bei der Führung selbst erinnerte mich das Ganze an eine Unterrichtsstunde. Wir wurden ständig abgefragt, dabei wollte ich doch etwas erfahren.

Il y avait trop de personnes sans le groupe. Le guide est dévoué mais parle vite dans 2 langues différentes. Il récite un peu comme un robot. Nous n’avons pas écouté car c’était assez désagréable.
Il a l’air de faire comme il peut. C’est l’organisation qui est déplorable. C’est dommage.

Die Führung war sehr kompetent und sympathisch. Wir hatten ein wenig Probleme, den vereinbarten point of introduction zu finden, was aber eher an den sehr vielen Menschen vor Ort und an uns letztendlich selbst lag. Für mich persönlich wäre es eine Verbesserung, wenn die Mensch*in, die die Gruppe begleitet, etwas in Händen hielte, was für die Nachfolgend*innen besser sichtbar ist. MfG Georg Koch

Lokale gids, Oliver, die het verhaal van de Sagrada Familia goed maar vooral boeiend heeft verteld. De Sagrada Familia was erg indrukwekkend, vooral binnen met het mooie lichtspel door het glas in lood.

Den versprochenen Zugang ohne Wartezeiten gab es nicht. Die eigentliche Führung startete - nach längerer Wartezeit im Regen - erst ca.20 min später. Omar, unser Guide, hat versucht, schon einiges zu erklären. Er hat seine Sache prima gemacht und auch die Zeit am Ende ausgeglichen. Außerdem ist die Bearbeitungsgebühr zu hoch. Keineswegs unkompliziert und zu niedrig ist die Rückzahlung für den nicht möglichen Turmaufstieg.

Die,Reiseführerin war sehr kompetent und freundlich, wir hatten eine ausführliche Tour mit vielen Informationen. Negativ aufgefallen: Die Audioguides hatten nur die Sprache zur Auswahl, welche die Reiseführerin sprach, es war nicht möglich etwas anderes einzustellen. Wir hatten kein Problem damit, da wir Spanisch, Englisch und Französisch sprechen und verstehen, aber einige Touristen mussten sich mit einer ihnen unbekannten Sprache zufrieden geben. Da gehört etwas geändert.

Muss man natürlich gesehen haben, egal wie überfüllt es in der Kirche ist, beeindruckende Farben, tolles Licht. Da wir zwar mit Turmzugang gebucht hatten, dann aber aus angeblichen Kapazitätsgrunden nicht hoch durften, bleibt es ein bisschen enttäuschend.

Die Sagrada Familia selbst ist überwältigend, atemberaubend, daher 100% Empfehlung. Die Türme muss man allerdings nicht zwingend besichtigen (Geschmacksache). Der Blick über Barcelona ist von anderen Events aus unter Umständen besser (Seilbahn), die 400 Stufen nach unten nicht jedermanns Sache. Die englische Führung ist interessant, gute, aber nicht perfekte Audio-Qualität und von Nicht-Muttersprachlern für Nicht-Muttersprachler, so geht doch etwas verloren. Trotzdem sehr persönlich.

De ontvangst bij Julia Travel is strak, stipt en zakelijk. Onze gids was vriendelijk en straalde rust uit. Dat laatste is niet onbelangrijk omdat het toch gewoon druk en hectisch is om en in de Segrada! De Tour was helder, duidelijk en qua tijd precies goed!

Ärgerlich: Buchung Missdeutlich: Sprachen: Englisch und 2. Sprache. Was soll das, wenn die 2.Sprache Spanisch ist ? Warum schreibt Ihr nicht die genaue Sprache. Das ist Bull-Shit. Wir gingen von Deutsch aus. Preis/Leistung nicht in Ordnung, Führung mit englisch-sprachigen Führer zu kurz.

The tour is too short. Flipping between Spanish and English is very hard to follow, especially with poor headphones. The tour guides accent made it worse.
I would not recommend this your. It’s supposed to be “VIP”, but felt like it was the same as the rest.

La Sagrada Familia es una maravilla, obra de un genio. Pero tuvimos mala suerte con el guía, lo explicó mal, rápido como si lo estuviera leyendo.
Aún así una experiencia única.
Barcelona no sería la misma sin Gaudí.

Machen Sie noch deutlicher sichtbar, dass man erst in die Agentur kommen muss. Dort könnten schon die Kopfhörer mit passenden Farben verteilt werden. Hinweis, dass Sicherheitscheck durchgeführt wird. Die Übertragung war teilweise sehr schlecht. Man hat nichts Neues erfahren. Der Turm war super.

Die Sagra Familia ist eine einzigartige Kirche, die wir so noch nicht gesehen haben.
Der Touristenführer an sich war gut. Die Gruppe mit ca. 30 Mann viel zu groß. Vor der Kirche waren seine Ausführungen bei den Touristenströmen und der Gruppengrösse nur schwer zu verstehen. Das Ende war abrupt.

Minus - Kopfhörer schlecht einstellbar. zu laut oder zu leise. Verstehe nicht das weder Tour noch Security auf respektvolle Kleidung achtet. Top Shorts FlipFlop obwohl verboten. Den Leuten Zutritt verwehren!

Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aufgrund von Regen waren die Türme gesperrt und leider mussten wir über eine Stunde bei der Security anstehen. Der Führer entschuldigte sich zwar, spulte aber nur sein normales Programm runter und machte leider nichts nettes extra um die Stimmung zu heben.

Pünktlich, freundlich, wie versprochen Einlass ohne Wartezeit, ausgezeichnete Informationen - unbedingt zu empfehlen.
Der Turm ist etwas eng und die Aussicht durch Gitterstäbe eingeschränkt, relativ lange Wartezeit vor dem kleinen Fahrstuhl. Die Turmbesichtigung würde ich nicht noch einmal mitbuche
