Enter one of the most suggestive historical places in the heart of Milan, in a journey between past, present and future.Funded in 1953, it is today one of the largest technical-scientific museums in Europe. Immersed in the cloisters of an Olivetan monastery of the sixteenth century, it extends for about 50,000 square meters.Do not miss the New Galleries, the largest permanent exhibition in the world dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci. A scenic journey through 170 historical models, works of art, ancient volumes and installations to tell the figure and work of Leonardo, engineer, humanist and nature investigator.Excited in front of extraordinary objects such as steam trains, the catamaran AC72 Luna Rossa, the schooner brig Ebe, the command bridge of the transatlantic liner Conte Biancamano, the submarine Enrico Toti, the space launcher Vega and the only fragment of Luna exhibited in Italy.

Manca una chiara indicazione sui percorsi, infatti ho perso delle sale, nonostante abbia anche chiesto. Il tram esposto non è l'originale per il colore e il pantografo al posto della classica pertica con rotella. Mancanza di animazioni 3D che illustrino il funzionamento delle macchine di Leonardo. Mancanza del treno pendolino frutto dell'ingegno Italiano. Bello il padiglione della nautica e della aviazione e quello di Leonardo.

O museo é super interessante e tem basante interatividade. A sala de Da Vinci é ainda mais interessante, pois retrata sua genialidade numa época onde ele estava-muito além do seu tempo. É preciso tempo pois o muso é grande e, realmente nos faz pensar em quanto a humanidade tem evoluido rapidamente...

Un mondo tutto da scoprire, e per chi ha qualche hanno in più vedere alcuni oggetti che si usavano abitualmente, già dimenticati o rinnovati per forma e tecnologia, ora diventati oggetti da museo. Interessanti i pannelli sui temi contemporanei. Pochi i 'giochi' interattivi.

If you have not visited these science museums, that abound in the US, be prepared to see amazing artifacts from the industrial Europe. The highlight is the work of Leonardo that has a whole wing for his magnificent display of ideas, art, and engineering. Short visit if only to see Leonardo's work.

Personale fantastico, sia i volontari (sig.Antonio e Roberto) sia quello del Museo (Sabina x il sottomarino e Sophia x il laboratorio di genetica). Tutto molto curato. Tantissime cose ma a nostro avviso ben organizzate e spiegate. Ci vorrebbe un giorno e mezzo x vedere tutto.

Tutto molto bello, se proprio devo trovare una pecca.........eccola.
Secondo me durante la settimana dovreste dare la possibilita' di visitare il Toti, soprattutto per i pensionati come noi che abbiamo la scelta di visitarvi in settimana, lasciando spazio nei fine settimana a chi lavora.

Sul sito avete scritto visita con guida alle casse abbiamo scoperto che la guida non esiste e voi non siete il.sito ufficiale del museo .Solo tramite questo sito si possono avere guide ed ovviamente li sul posto erano tutte piene .Mettere accettabile vi va pure bene

Una zona del museo è molto bella, quella monumentale anche se vi sono delle postazioni digitali già obsolete che andrebbero rinnovate. Mentre invece la zona esterna e quella dei padiglioni ferroviari ed aereonavali davvero pessima. Antiquata, sporca e per nulla accattivante con zone chiuse....
