Una oportunidad para disfrutar de las acrobacias aéreas mundialmente famosas del Cirque du Soleil, pero con un toque mexicano. Disfrutarás de unos canapés y champán antes de que den comienzo las impresionantes acrobacias en el Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ. Sin duda, una de las noches más emocionantes de la Riviera Maya.Pasea por una pasarela de madera que serpentea alrededor de un lago y no te pierdas a los personajes que hacen girar bastones iluminados con fuego a bordo de canoas. Toma asiento muy cerca de la acción antes que el resto del público, para que puedas disfrutar de tu champán y tus aperitivos con toda tranquilidad.Cuando comience el espectáculo, te deleitarás con un escenario fuera de lo común: acróbatas volando por el techo y temerarios motociclistas sobre el escenario. Y, por supuesto, todo ello con un toque mexicano, desde el meteorito que destruyó a los dinosaurios y cayó en la península de Yucatán hasta un homenaje a las mariposas monarca migratorias. Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ: una noche de fantasía y entretenimiento trepidante. Tienes cuatro opciones para ver el espectáculo:Experiencia «High Stool & Show-Only»:incluye solo la entrada al espectáculo, sin comida ni bebida, aunque puedes comprar bebidas y palomitas en el bar. Las secciones «High Stool» se encuentran a los lados del teatro.Experiencia de espectáculo y cena: incluye una cena de tres platos con asientos premium para el espectáculo y media botella de champán por persona.Experiencia de espectáculo, asientos premium, bebidas y aperitivos: incluye champán, vino o refrescos con aperitivos gourmet.Experiencia VIP con espectáculo y cena: Incluye un cóctel de bienvenida, una cena de tres platos y asientos preferentes con champán ilimitado.

Los niños menores de 3 años entran gratis, pero no se recomienda. No se les asignará asiento, y los padres deberán firmar una exención de responsabilidad en relación con la posibilidad de que se produzcan ruidos fuertes y luces intermitentes. Si un niño empieza a llorar, es posible que se pida a los padres que salgan temporalmente de la sala.

El paquete «Show & Dinner Experience» ofrece acceso anticipado al teatro y una cena de tres platos con media botella de champán por persona y música en directo durante la comida. Los invitados pueden acceder al teatro 20 minutos antes de la hora de inicio de la experiencia, aunque recomendamos llegar al teatro 60 minutos antes.
La experiencia «El espectáculo, asientos premium, bebidas y aperitivos» incluye un surtido de siete canapés. Los asistentes podrán acceder al teatro entre 50 y 60 minutos antes de la hora de inicio de la experiencia, aunque recomendamos llegar 60 minutos antes.
El paquete «VIP Show & Dinner Experience» incluye acceso anticipado al teatro, un cóctel de bienvenida en el salón VIP y una cena de tres platos con música en directo y champán ilimitado durante la comida. We had VIP seating and food. The waiter was not attentive to us regarding drinks service as he was with his Mexican guests that were sitting beside us. But hovered at the end of the evening still expecting a good tip. This was a disapointing aspect to the evening given that it was not cheep.

Taxi te laat. Show was niet om 19 uur maar om 18 uur. Was dus al bezig en diner was om 17 uur. Dus was gedaan. Niet tevreden moesten in het donker eten tijdens optreden. Niet over te spreken. Wel goede show

Booking with TUI was a waste of time. The ticket didn’t have the correct show times for the day and customer services took 4 days to tell me which show I could watch. They also offered transport as part of the booking only for me to find out after the 4 days that this was a 3 mile walk away and would cost more than a taxi from the hotel. The show on the hand was amazing and I’d highly recommend going (just don’t bother booking through TUI).

Would definitely recommend this experience. We booked the show with canapés and champagne which were presented and tasted amazing (even all the cutlery was edible ??). Seats had a great view and the area and show was spellbinding from start to finish. Only. Thing to raise is timings of the show are confusing on the ticket, 3 times are shown but think there is only one which starts at 20.00. We arrived at 19.00 for the pre show entertainment which was perfect.

Sehr stimmiges Konzept, super Empfang mit der Möglichkeit ein kleines Abenteuer Shooting zu machen, such der Transfer hat am Ende super geklappt. Seitens TUI vielleicht die Tour nur mit Transfer anbieten, das nachträgliche "Nachbuchen" war ein wenig umständlich und ziemlich verwirrend auf Seiten des TUI Service.

The show itself was good but we booked drinks and canapes, on the ticket it said 7pm canapes,the rep said 1 hour in a taxi which took 30 mins. On arrival between5.30 till 6 ( not to be late ) we were told the show was not until 9pm and we could not be seated till 8.15.????. Why the ********** advertise canapes 7pm was stuck for 2hrs waiting. ????????

We really enjoyed the show with many excellent performances, acrobats, trampolines were really good. But the show and drinks at the venue are massively over priced, two drinks and a standard bottle of white wine was equivalent to £62.00, shocking. Taxi to and from venue was overpriced also, £25.00 return but there was 14 people on the mini bus and only a fifteen minute journey from our hotel. TUI need to review there prices with the event holders.

Excellent Show, however we booked for 7pm performance, we arrived in good time (5:30) as advised by TUI Rep to find performance had been changed to 9pm but we hadn't been informed, do had a long wait and additional Taxi charge due to waiting time

Enjoyed the show from start to finish. The only let down was the fact that I was asked for photo ID when getting our tickets which TUI didn’t suggest taking with us. After standing there not knowing what to do cause I didn’t have any for around 15 minutes, my son came across an old photo of his driving license on his phone which saved the day. Very stressful to say the least.

Once you are in the theatre the staff, food and show are incredible! It's everything before this that's naff. Transfers are not included nor is it particularly clear that they aren't included (extra 150 USD for us to get a taxi there and back) When you arrive it's not clear what's going on, and you are immediately pounced upon to spend money (photo shoot, pre-show drinks). When you have already spent more than £500 for a VIP experience this is definitely a bad first impression.
