Get inspired to explore Chicago, and it's 77 neighborhoods, as you navigate City of Neighborhoods and City the Beautiful.Travel to the 94th floor in 40-seconds on one of North America's fastest lifts and step foot onto the observation deck to experience what '"Travel & Leisure Magazine" voted one of the best views in America.Experience 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck with panoramic views of the city, lakefront, and four neighboring states, you can download the Magnicity App for a guided tour right from your smartphone. The app includes unique facts, stories, and recommendations to further enjoy Chicago.TILT offers thrill-seekers the chance to see Chicago from a one-of-a-kind view. Step onto TILT and peer out of the building through floor to ceiling windows at a 30-degree angle, 1,000 feet above Michigan Ave. Finally, the CloudBar serves up iconic Chicago snacks, like Garrett's popcorn, and neighborhood-inspired cocktails and local breweries.You can choose between the following options:
- General Entry Ticket: Allows you to skip the ticket desk and head directly to the security check point
- Fast Pass Ticket: Allows you an expedited entry to the Observation Deck

We were not able to attend due to someone in our party losing their sight due to a medical mishap. Called to get a refund and they said that no refunds were allowed only can change the date of the tickets. Can’t see how that’s going to help when the person lost their vision for good. I understand no refunds but for a medical emergency come on guys.
