The famous words by architect Joseph Maria Olbrich, "A city we must build, a whole city," encapsulate the essence of this remarkable site.During your journey, you will delve into the story behind the entire ensemble that includes a studio building, exhibition building, artists' houses, and park. The meeting point for this enlightening expedition is the north entrance to the Museum Artists' Colony Darmstadt (Olbrichweg 13A). The tour typically lasts around 90 minutes.Please be aware that the tours are generally conducted in German. However, English-speaking tours are available every Saturday afternoon.
