A chance to experience the world-famous aerial acrobatics of Cirque du Soleil – but with a Mexican twist. You'll enjoy pre-show canapés treats and champagne before the awe-inspiring acrobatics really kick off at Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ. Without doubt, one of the most exhilarating nights in the Riviera Maya.Stroll along a wooden walkway, which winds its way around a lake, and make sure to look out for the characters spinning fire-lit batons on board canoes. Take your seat right up close to the action before the rest of the audience, so you can enjoy your champagne and appetisers in a leisurely manner.When the show starts, you'll be treated to an out-of-this-world set – acrobats soaring across the ceiling and daredevil motorcyclists on stage. And, of course, it comes with a Mexican twist, from the dinosaur-destroying meteor that landed in the Yucatan peninsula to a homage to the migrating monarch butterflies. Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ – a night of fantasy and pulsating entertainment. You have four options when it comes to how you want to see the show:High Stool & Show-Only Experience: This includes entrance for the show only, with no food or drinks, though you can buy drinks and popcorn from the bar. High Stool sections are on the sides of the theatre.Show & Dinner Experience: This includes a three-course dinner with premium seating for the show and half a bottle of champagne per person.Show, Premium Seats, Drinks, & Appetizers Experience: This includes Champagne, wine, or soft drinks with gourmet appetizers.VIP Show & Dinner Experience: This includes a welcome cocktail, three-course dinner, and preferential seating with unlimited champagne.

The duration of the show is 80 minutes with no intermission
Children between the ages of 3 and 9 years are eligible for a discounted price
Infants under 3 years are free but it is not recommended. They will not have an assigned seat, and parents must sign a waiver about the possibility of loud sounds and flashing lights. If an infant starts crying, parents may be asked to temporarily step outside the theatre
Bring valid ID – you'll be asked to present this on arrival
Please note that there is no service of food and drinks during the show
The Show & Dinner Experience package offers earlier access to the theatre and a three-course dinner with half a bottle of champagne per person and live music during the meal. Guests may access the theatre 20 minutes prior to the entry time of the experience, though we recommend arriving to the theatre 60 minutes prior
The Show, Premium Seats, Drinks, & Appetizers Experience includes appetizers that consist of seven canapes. Guests may access the theatre 50-60 minutes prior to the entry time for the experience, though we recommend arriving 60 minutes prior.
The VIP Show & Dinner Experience package offers earlier access to the theatre, a welcome cocktail in the VIP lounge, and a three-course dinner with live music and unlimited champagne during the meal. Guests may access the theatre 30 minutes prior to entry time for the experience, though we recommend arriving 60 minutes prior

We loved the show and would recommend it to anyone. We didn’t like the fact that TUI reps organised a taxi and want to charge us 2000 Mexican pesos when it’s only actually 1200 pesos so we got our own Taxi there so I would fully recommend that you book your own transport do not use TUI transport! We spoke with the reps about this and was told no taxi would take us and pick us back up for 1200! But we spoke with 3 taxi drivers and all said 1200 don’t get ripped off

Wow what a total experience we did go all in for the vip and dinner. This is a complete entertainment covering all your senses at times you didn't know where to look next. As for the dinner so many surprises a real treat but I will not describe our experience as this will spoil it for everyone believe me you will not be disappointed. The only draw back was lack of transfers and they could make it clearer as to where the available taxis were located. Such a small quibble on an amazing show

The food is exceptional. It's Heston Blumenthal worthy. All the starter is laid out like an allotment & you mix everything together & eat it,everything,( except the ceramic flower pot ) is edible,even the menu. The show as always is spectacular, a must see for this area,made famous as its the only fixed cirque outside Las Vegas.

We have seen this show before all over the world, each time with different themes, however because this venue is permanent it takes on a high all of it's own which in our opinion can't be matched. ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR.! Treat yourself and go for the premium tickets with drinks and canopies. You will not be disappointed!!

Tui arranged transport didn't arrive after waiting for over an hour and ended up getting a taxi. Queued for 40mins to be told we needed to exchange TUI ticket for show ticket, this was not told to us previously and was embarrassing. Show itself was fantastic and I would definitely tell others to go.

I booked this through the TUI app and there's no transport from our hotel? So it's going to cost us another£100-150, after paying£392 for the show it'll be the last thing I book through TUI after the last two trips now this! And the TUI two a said I would have booked it through her... I booked it through the TUI app that should have been enough!

Fabulous evening with excellent meal and show and very attentive staff. Vegan meal cooked for us was superb as good as any fine dining experience and the show itself was amazing. Only small criticism was we weren’t told that we did not need to queue when the doors opened as we had booked a meal as well and our meal was hence a little rushed.

The VIP dinner and Joya show were absolutely incredible – amazing food, flawless service, and a stunning Cirque du Soleil performance. A truly unforgettable experience. Sadly, TUI gave the wrong info: we were told dinner at 6pm, show at 7pm, but it actually started and hour earlier at 5pm. We nearly missed dinner! Huge thanks to the Joya staff for saving the night. TUI really needs to get the timings right, especially given the cost of this attraction.

The show itself was excellent. Unfortunately the time we were told to get there was incorrect. We booked dinner and the show and arrived at 5.15. dinner service had already started as the show was due to start at 6pm. On our ticket it said 7pm. Consequently dinner was rushed and not the experience we were looking forward to.

The overall experience was brilliant and the 3 of us loved the evening. I’d suggest explaining that Cirque du Soleil manage the transfers and that this is paid for on arrival at the venue. I tried to understand this information ahead of the date but it didn’t appear that the service team knew who provided what. A simple addition to the experience description would answer this easily and make the situation clearer.

The hotel sorted a taxi who was waiting for me when I left making me feel very safe as a solo female traveller. The dinner was amazing, a real treat. Champagne made the evening very special and the show was magical. I would do this again fabulous

The local to rep had very little understanding of what this trip involved. We had to ask a few times about transport which was not included in the ticket price. Considering the price was nearly £200 each it was surprising that the transfer wasn’t included. When the ‘taxi’ turned up over an hour late and no one knowing what was happening, we were surprised that a big very old battered Bus turned up for 4 The show was excellent but was only 90mins. Although we’re glad we did it, it was expensive.
